The location is nice considering it’s close to the airport however I would never stay here again. The place was shady, smelled bad outside, cigarette butts were everywhere, I could hear people talking all night outside, the sounds of I75 were annoying, air conditioning units were leaking liquid of which my 3 year old daughter wanted to jump in, minimal towels were In the room, pool towels were not provided, and I could go on and on. Despite the Holiday Inn Express being so close by I never experienced any of this including hearing I75 there. When I need a hotel prior to a flight in the future I will be going to Holiday Inn Express for sure!

Great spot… clean rooms nice landscaping and is right off i75 making for a quick travel to and from work

Great front desk service every time in person.

Was a bit outdated but had some renovations done. Had a suite with no extra blankets (could have called but made do without).

We thought for the price $166 a night with a fairly high rating, that this would be a nice place. After finding 2 roaches in our room throughout the night, as well as ants in the bed along with a roach on the breakfast buffet area. I'm afraid that we cannot recommend this location

My husband killed a couple of mosquitoes & we found a bedbug in our room. While walking down the stairs this morning I fell. It was still kind of dark & the area was poorly lit. No painted *****es on the edge of stairs & I missed the last one. Fell on the cement and bruised my knees & sprained my ankle. It could totally have been prevented had the stairs had a nonslip surface and/or better lighting.

The room was clean, door to the bathroom had some rust/dirt on it but everything else was very nice. Breakfast was good, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereals and fruit. Orange juice was very good. Staff was friendly. Fresh towels every day. There was a dehumidifier in the room but we did not need to use it.
