LOCATION!! Modern waterfront home;1-block to FishermanVillage; HEATED SALT POOL

Perfect Punta Gorda Location & Accommodations The home is just a short walk to fisherman's village and the waterfront park which was perfect for my family. We did not have to jump back in the car for another ride. We could enjoy the weather and take a stroll. Location could not be more ideal. The backyard layout and amenities are perfectly appointed. The interior layout was also fabulous. Waterviews from every angle! Sunrise and sunset views were so magical. The property is exceptionally clean and smelled fresh! The bedding and pillows had a hotel quality that I enjoyed as well. The little extras (that are probably not too little) such as the pool table, cards, games, bikes, fishing rods, kayaks etc made this stay worth every penny. Do not hesitate to book!

Perfect girls getaway! The listing was exactly as it showed on-line and both the listing and guest book had all the information we needed. Troy even provided coffee pods for the Keurig and laundry pods so we could wash the beach towels. The pool was very clean and relaxing and it was fun to sit on the dock and watch the fish jump. We spent a lot of time at Fisherman's Village dining, shopping and enjoying the sunset entertainment. The only downside is that there is not a true beach within about 45 minutes from the house but Venice beach was worth the drive. Troy was a great conmunicator and we had no major issues during our stay.

Amazing home ! Great location . We enjoyed the pool, and sunsets from the screened in patio . Very nice home . Host was amazing ! Highly recommend this property .
