Private: lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax. Hot tub, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 150 m, bar, café 110 m, pedestrian zone 75 m, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach "Playa del Arenal" 1.6 km. Surf school 400 m. Nearby attractions: Piscina Natural Punta del Hidalgo 350 m, Faro Punta del Hidalgo 1.6 km, Casa Tita 650 m, Cofradía de la Punta 450 m, Casa Pepe el Playa 3.9 km. Hiking paths: Sendero Punta del Hidalgo. 4-room villa 125 m2. Spacious and bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Open large living/dining room with dining table and digital TV. The house is clean and exactly as described, there is even a washing machine which was not marked in the ad. The small appliances (microwave and toaster) are functional but aging. the location to park a vehicle on the property is a plus. The jacuzzi, 3 pl

Great location and nice atmosphere. Since we both have back problems, it must also be said that all the chairs and the living room sofas are uncomfortable and are not designed according to ergonomic principles. Lighting is good, large windows, beautiful v

Enjoy the jaguzzi, could be warmer thou. Nice view with good restaurants nearby. Safe and clean but moving without car requires health since there are steep uphills everywhere. Beautiful beach are and weather complements the experience.

The value for money is not correct. Glasses very calcified, not enough crockery, cutlery. Sun loungers badly worn, no well-kept terrace. The table outside shook a lot, despite writing to the on-site service - no reaction - the table wasn't usable for us.

We had a great stay in this superb villa. The large bay windows allow you to admire the sunset from all the rooms of the house. The decor and amenities are impeccable.
