這家酒店結束了我在多明尼加共和國的旅行。酒店看起來很漂亮，但遠非如此。 短短5個晚上我們換了3次房間，你可以想像有多恐怖。 房間條件很差，家具陳舊且破舊，浴室維護不善，潮濕，淋浴頭上生鏽，房間的每個角落都發黴。 自來水由於含有一定量的鹽而無法飲用，因此無法刷牙，甚至洗漱也很複雜，因為氣味非常難聞。 這3間經濟房或高級房的廁所沖水都有問題（每次都堵塞），廁所排水不規則簡直是一場災難！ 。該設備有缺陷，無法進入房間的衛生間。最後一晚顯然太過分了！我們的整個房間都發生了洪水，水管爆裂，地板被浸濕，我們的行李箱被水淹沒了，我仍然對這一災難性的事件感到震驚。 然而，酒店地理位置優越，毗鄰科拉萊斯海灘，靠近許多餐廳和商店。不過，我強烈建議不要這樣做，全包套餐可以讓您節省很多錢，但服務不足且品質平庸。價格過高並不值得，你不如投資一個高級度假村，更貴但利潤更高。

The hotel does not look like the pictures. When I got yo my room, on the first night my room smelled of urine, as if person who was belied me peed and the hotel doesn’t clean it. It was unbearable, I had to ask reception to come and sort it out because I wasnt going to be able to sleep with that smell. The housekeeper came and she swiped the floor and it was much better. The toilet handle was broken despite the water flushing. The room smelled out humidity. Not very sure of they changed the sheets needles I got there or even after. The food was all artificial food, nothing organic. All drinks were from those sachets. Even the sprite tasted different :/ On NYE the food was much better, there were good choices, but still artificial. Overall, it wasn’t that bad, a lot of people seemed to be okay with it. I am very picky so I notice everything.
