凱悅奇樂加納角度假村(Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana)

It Was excellence. Thes Best hotel for me. The food is amazin. Every thing is good.

Everything was amazing! The only issue was some other guests were screaming and fighting every day we were there. We paid a lot for the junior club suite swim up but had to deal with all that noise from them and could not really use the swim up pool because they were fighting on their balcony.. Our concierge tried to handle it but could only do so much…..

Upon check-out, the staff asked for my credit to pay one charge. They prinetd my receipt, provided me with a "departure" piece of paper which is useless (why do I need this?!?) othe than to provide tips to the staff when they ask for the departure paper, and then they requested a bellman come over when I only had one bag which I could easily handle. They were so focused on these details, they forgot to give me my credit card back! This angered me when I arrived at the airport to attempted to pay for something and realized I did not have the card. I called the hotel and they asked if "I" could come back to get it?!? Really, you kept my credit card but now you're asking me to come get it?!!. They said that they didn't have anyone that could drive the card to me. This is not what I would call good customer service. I also tried to provide my Hyatt number to receive points for me stay and they said they couldn't take it then and that I should call later and talk to Hyatt. C.mon, really?!?

The candid view of the sunrise is fascinating, the restaurant options are varied and of very good quality. A very quiet and pleasant place to spend a good vacation…The attention of the staff was very pleasant. Overall, it was a rewarding experience for my wife and I…!!!

Tha access and the bathrooms floor at the pool área were always wet and slipery, due to it i fall down once, luckily I didn't break any bone am only 81 years old. At the french restaurant, the onion soup was like dirty water not a soup, I also ask for Champagne and when i complain , they said they grave me proseco and it was Cava, they didn't know the difference.

Tivemos a experiência no resort Hyatt Zilara (adults only), mas temos acesso ao Ziva também! Os dois são excepcionais! Atendem muito bem todos os gostos, sejam de adultos, família, crianças, idosos, paladares, músicas! Reforço o excelente serviço prestado por TODOS os funcionários, muito bem capacitados, cordiais e bilíngues! Todos falam pelo menos inglês e espanhol, alguns como gerentes e superiores falam outras línguas mais! Sempre todos de ótimo humor, preocupados em lhe atender bem, independente de gorjetas que são meio que “obrigação” em alguns lugares! Há diversas opções de restaurantes, com diferentes temas e paladares. Quanto aos drinks, infinitas opções! Todos muito bem preparados em vários bares espalhados pelo complexo. Optamos por pegar o pacote “Club” no qual dá acesso a bebidas premium, uma piscina exclusiva, alguns restaurantes exclusivos e serviços extras, reforço que o que mais compensa é a piscina e o bar desta piscina! Quanto às acomodações, são muito bem limpas, espaçosas, confortáveis e tecnológicas! Atendem muito bem até aos gostos mais refinados O que surpreende muito é a quantidade de funcionários! É muito grande! Isso faz com que o hotel esteja em dia com a manutenção e dificilmente você vê algo quebrado ou necessitando reparo Enfim, em nossa opinião, NOTA 10!

The Zilara could be great. Unfortunately, there were several things that made it less so for us. The buildings, swimming pool and location by the beach were excellent. The incessant Top 20 music spoiled the opportunity to enjoy sitting by the pool. We had mixed experiences at the restaurants. Brandos (French) was very good. Waves (Steakhouse) was terrible. Buffet had excellent choices, but much of the food was dried out (chicken and pork in particular) or not fresh (heated up waffles and pancakes). Most of the service staff were attentive and friendly, although they had trouble with common, simple English, which made for some frustrating interactions.

The staff are literally the best! Very VERY courteous and always there to help. Communicate very well in English and are very friendly. They truly give the royal trea**ent. great quality food. I can go on. If this is your first time visiting DR this resort is the one !!!
