呂共和國全包式飯店 - 限成人入住(Riu Republica - Adults Only - All Inclusive)

En lo personal el hotel deben mejorar las áreas de comida. Ya que habían muchas moscas, comida en desorden. El sabor de la comida no fue la mejor. Incluso me enfermé. Los restaurantes de especialidad deben mejorar su sazón y la cocion del alimento ya que las costillas estaban como cemento. Encontré algunos platos sucios y tenedores. El ambiente del hotel era en ocasiones desagradable como a humedad no entiendo por que ya que los empleados limpiaban todos los días. Algunos empleados deben ser mas respetuoso ya que un empleado encargado de los Riu Party me acosaba por las instalaciones y me falto el respeto con un comentario fuera de lugar. A pesar de todo la pase bien pero no vuelvo a utilizar la cadena RIU por su comida no agradable.

The location was beautiful, food was very good, but in our building there were sewage odor all the time. Also we were promised the free ride from the airport to the hotel, but Destination service refused to give us the voucher, neither ******* did. So we took the taxi, but then we learned that we were on their list for that transfer. And they offered the free transfer back. The room was not very clean, we found someone’s hair in the bathroom, and they didn’t change our sheets. Towels were greyish, not white. And every night there was a party going from 23:15 till 2am with very loud music.

In general everything was fine. I didn't give 5 stars because of the staff. It's the first all inclusive that we stay where we have to carry money for tips. Maybe they are so tired to be friendly or to serve you. After the first tip they tried to serve you again, if not a lot of them just ignored you.

I booked with Riu Republic for 12/21 for 5 nights. Overall, the food is fantastic, the shows are good, disco (small for the resort) had good music though, activities good as well. Since i was on vacation, I did not want to complain and also it was Christmas BUT this happened to me. 1) I had ants and spiders in my room. I never use the dressers in any hotel and leave my clothes in my luggage but thats where I found ants and the night table. 2) I reserved at the Italian restaurant at 8:30pm a Christmas dinner with a bottle of wine which I had to fill out a piece of paper for the wine. Once I arrived the host only accepted reservations for 3 to 4 people. All the 2 people table had to wait. I was SEATED at 9pm. I asked where is the bottle of wine and no one knew. I signed another piece of paper for a bottle of wine. Hopefully i will not be charged for 2 bottles AND disappointed I was because there was no pasta of any kind! They had pizza, crabs and shrimp that you had to peel with your hands. Did I mention it was Dec 24th Christmas Dinner! 3) Dec 25th the showerhead disconnected from the hose. I used the room phone and it did not work to call front desk so I went to the front desk in person. I reported the unworkable showerhead and was told in 30 mins someone will go to the room. NOPE no one arrived. DEC 26th, I went to the front desk again and spoke with manager- Mr. Bensey and he was surprised no one went. He called with the walkie talkie and was told 10mins. AGAIN, no

Where to start? Rooms ate our dated. Food options where the same for 4 days in a row. The restaurant literally offer the same thing as the buffet. Lots of drunk people. I personally dont think this is 5 starts at best low 4. Ive went to the Bahia Ambar mucu better quality overall. The beach was decent here, my shower didnt have hot water for 2 days. The toilett was running for days. Its literally party resort of you dont come with high expectations you pay for what you get.

The resort is an overall good pick. We enjoyed the amazing food choices and the beautiful beach. Please note the water is rough but clean. Although, we went for R&R we liked knowing the property is large with plenty of activities to join. My room was nice but could use maintenance like repairing a broken shower stand, sink stopper, and USB port. The mini bar was also never replenished so i never had cream to go with my morning coffee. The staff and resort vibe was so pleasant we overlooked these things. We would definitely consider going back.

Un sitio para pasarlo bien pero dos de nuestras habitaciones el aire no servia y tuvimos que cambiar casi a las dos de la madrugada…no nos respondía de recepción y en uno de los restaurantes la carne dañada y uno de mis familiares se enfermó…espero con todo respeto y humildad de mi parte que esto los ayude a mejorar ya que es un lugar muy grato y para pasarlo bien

El personal del hotel es en general apático, como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor al servirte, lo cual no aporta para tener una buena estancia Por otro lado, las marcas de los licores son genéricas, contrario a lo que me había encontrado en otros hoteles de la misma cadena, por lo que las bebidas se sienten de mala calidad.

Es un hotel para jóvenes! Muy divertido con muchas actividades si eres un joven o viajas con tu pareja y quieren fiesta y diversión este es tu hotel. No te aburrirás. La comida está muy bien en general
