I don’t generally stay in anything labeled hostel but getting a hotel in Puenta Arenas a year ahead proved difficult. We stayed here 1 of our 2 nights. It’s not the Cabo de Hornas where we stayed night 2 but it was very, very comfortable. I liked the security system. The hostel is located only a few blocks from the main square. The very best part was the gentleman who checked us in and went out of his way to help us. Recommended the restaurant behind the building, La Marmita, and it was outstanding! We went twice!

Hostal Innata charmoso, muito simpático. Atendimento nota dez! Cafe da manhã excelente. Roupa de cama maravilhosa. Tem uma mini cozinha que serve para fazer pequenas refeições. Com certeza voltaria. Custo benefício excelente. Perto do centro e de tudo. Recomendo.

Pros: Clean! Comfortable bed, light control from both sides of bed. Ample storage space. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Excellent value. Cons: On busy street w/ loud traffic noise. Local youth hotrod up/down street all night! Supermarket loading dock w/ idling trucks across street. There is nothing the hotel can do about this, but it's good to know. It was warm when we were there, so we needed to keep the sliding door/window open.

L'accueil à été très chaleureux, d'une gentillesse extrême. Les chambres étaient belles et propres avec la possibilité de se faire à manger. Un parking fermé a permis d'héberger notre voiture. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et copieux.

I was here only 1 night, and even arriving late, but the host was so accomodating.....arranging the taxi pickup and being up late to greet me. The room was quite a good size, with everything you needed, and the breakfast was quite yummy. This family run hostal was a nice little gem, and a short walk to the center of town.

Nos encantó esta hostal, fuimos en familia, tres personas, nos quedamos en dos habitaciones. muy buenas camas, mis sobrinos dijeron que fueron las mejores del viaje. Bien ubicada, cerca de todo, al frente hay un supermercado, además cuentan con una cocina, en la cual puedes acceder para tomar un café, té o comer algo. Te dejan de todo para un tecito en la tarde. Buen desayuno en un espacio adecuado para mantener la distancia en pandemia. La familia es muy amable, siempre con datos para ir a comer, o disfrutar, en nuestro caso nos prepararon colaciones para un día que salimos temprano. Y mención especial, la deferencia para mis sobrinos, quienes viajaron en un vuelo diferente al mío, y el taxi programado no llego, por lo cual ellos amablemente los llevaron de inmediato al aeropuerto, eso se agradece. Lo recomiendo 100%, precio justo y adecuado, nos encanto.
