普諾Parque San Antonio附近住宿

Good hotel in a fantastic location right next to the main square. Very comfortable beds and combined with slight altitude dizziness had best night sleep! Breakfast spread could be a bit better/more filling, but it was good. There were issues with hot water on both nights I stayed here, and it took a while, but the staff were very attentive and fixed it.

Located easy walking distance to the main plaza, which also means things can get a bit noisy at times. The hotel has 5 or 6 floors, with two open stairwells and two small elevators. Rooms varied in furnishings - some are inside, some have opening windows/no AC/freestanding heater (as we saw in multiple hotels in Peru), some have AC; some rooms have wood-like flooring and others have carpet (which smelled, according to friends who had it). Our shower had a louvered window which opened to an internal column which was also accessible to the hallway. Noise travelled easily throughout all floors of the hotel, as well as the heat from a wood-burning fireplace on one side of the lower level. Breakfast buffet was a bit limited.

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff MADE this hotel. They were always so helpful and eager to help. They didn't speak much English, except the front desk staff but the restaurant and bellhop staff were so eager to help. I loved them. The breakfast was served and it had choices - including friend eggs. The room was very comfortable - especially the bed. The bathroom very clean with lots of hot water. I would stay here again.

What a great Hotel in Puno! Starting for the location: it's right on the main street of the shops, stores, restaurants even though, Very quiet. 1 block away from the main square. Clean, very cosy ( nice furniture, carpet, warm in winter,elevator) and very affordable (the price include the breakfast). Definitely high quality for a very very good price! This hotel is in a wonderful position on the very edge of beautiful Lake Titicaca. What a view! We wished we had had time to sit outside under the gazebo and enjoy it but were too busy going on trips the 2 days we were there.Though quite a big hotel with 70 rooms the rooms were so cosy that it felt more intimate than expected. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and the breakfasts were excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold foods and the same with the evening meals. A very pleasant experience.

We enjoyed the time we spent at Casa Andina el Lago in Puno. The staff at the reception was friendly, respectful and very helpful, specially Fredy was very kind and welcoming. The installations were clean and comfortable, peaceful and the hotel has a nice view on Lake Titicaca very special to enjoy the sunrise and the sunset. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was way too hot even with a fan. Paul at the bar was great! He made drinks took food orders all with a great smile and positive attitude. The restaurant had to little gluten free options, however the breakfast buffet offered a Gluten Free section and the Quinoa crepes were very good.
