莫索克住宿加早餐旅館(Mosoq Inn)

フロントの男性が、兎に角親切。他の人達もみんなやさしかった。夜バスターミナルまでタクシーを頼んだがつかまらなかったら、タクシーの代わりに送ってくれた。感謝です。 設備で一つ浴室の湿気を取る工夫をしてくれたらもっと快適になると思います。満足してます。ありがとう。

Great service. Nice breakfast with fruit, bread. Eggs scrambled or fried. Reliable hot water. Oxigen avaible when couple members of my delegation needed it. Six blocks from main square. They went above and beyond to meet needs of our delegation

Room size is large, staff helpful, less than 10 mins walk to the plaza, quite, great hot shower, hair dryer in the bathroom, can also ask for heater. No elevator.

Services were perfect. I waited for 20 minutes at 0520 and staff opened the locked gate. Some staff do not speak English but were friendly. The bed is soso with hair on it. Hot water pressure was terribly small until my midway shower on the second night.

This was a really great place to stay! The staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful and accommodating. They really made our visit to Puno a pleasure. Well located, it is a short 10 min walk to the main plaza and a 15-20 min stroll down to the water. The rooms are clean, comfortable, beds warm with plenty of hot water. The included breakfast tasty and prompt. No matter our departure time they were up to help. The coffee by the way is excellent! We were travelling as a family with a couple younger kids and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Hosts are very friendly, accommodating of additional requests and helpful. The facility is clean and comfortable and well appointed. There are nice common areas for sitting and the included breakfast Is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, beds soft and coverings warm. We had no issue staying comfortable even in the winter. There is plenty of hot water and included hair dryer - nice touches while travelling. We were there as a family of 4 and are actually going back again!

Do not overlook this hotel. Its very clean, the beds are super comfy and the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The hotel is also very good value for money snd very central.If your staying in puno for a few days or using it as a stopping point to Boliva or Uros islands on lake titicaca this is the perfect hotel.

Hotel muy recomendable. Esta situado a 5 minutos de la plaza de armas. El trato con el personal es excelente. No me pusieron ninguna pega los días que tenía que desayunar temprano, fuera a las 6 o a las 7 A.M. Habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. 100% recomendable.

Excelente lugar, fuimos por vacaciones familiares..El Sr Arturo una excelente persona muy atenta y siempre por brindar un sercicio espectacular. Mi familia y amigos estamos agradecidos por la buena atencion Lo recomendamos siempre!
