Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten Flecken. Bettwäsche hatte Make-up Flecken.
Fußabtreter im Bad war nicht frisch.
Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, obwohl als Ausstattung angegeben. Nach dritten Mal fragen, wurde dieser zur Verfügung gestellt.
Alte zum Teil kaputte Möbel auf dem Zimmer.
Matratzen und Größe des Bettes war aber gut!

Good Food, great host. Comfortable stay. Clean and tidy premises. Though would recomend having a placard outside for ease of people. Also the breakfast menu could be improved based on preference. All in all great stay

I travel with my family for Pune darshan I stay here for day place is very clean food is Good with Reasonable price. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast they served buffet on Ground floor . Everything is Good next time we will stay we recommend for family specifically Balcony Room.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the hotel. Throughout my 3-day stay, the room service was consistently poor, with no one bothering to clean the room. On one occasion, there was a power outage lasting over 30 minutes, adding to the inconvenience. The manager displayed a complete lack of hospitality, and the entire staff seemed indifferent. Overall, a regrettable stay with numerous issues that need immediate attention.

It was good stay here...very clean and hygiene...all staff are very polite...food also tasty...they take care of all guests...service is ✌️ recommend to the people who is looking for decent stay...and for those who are looking for standard place.

The place is just as in pictures, so expectations set were met. This is a good option if you are looking for budget stay for corporate purpose. Simple food and clean rooms. Overall experience was pleasant. One feedback- Providing room cleaning at least on alternate days during a long stay would have been good.

The property is on very prime location of the baner. Rooms are big in size spacoius clean and hygienic. The all staff is belpfull calm poliye and known for good service. Breakfast in good taste and quantity
