科希努爾商務飯店(Hotel Kohinoor Executive)

They are booking non-ac rooms. While booking we have to check ac is available in the he room. Or they upgrade to ac room you have to pay rs 800 extra.

Had been to pune for my sons exam, selected this property as it was very close to the exam centre. Hearing the brand kohinoor we went with good expectations but it was way below what we thought. Firstly the staff is so so unwelcoming. Right from the guy who opens the gate to the reception to the house keeping guys to the room service people all were not interested in their roles. We had a booking for 3 people in the room, me, my wife, and my son and we stayed for 2 days, only one towel was given and later on demanding extra towels one more towel was given as a favor by house keeping people saying we have a policy of giving only 1 towel per room. Similarly there was only one soap and one dental kit. I don't think we had paid for this. The food was very good, but the service in the restaurant was pathetic. Just a message to the management. Thank you for a horrible stay at your hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights in deluxe ac room. The rooms and the bathroom were clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Complementary breakfast was tasty. The location of the hotel is in the heart of city and very close to jm road. The hotel has its own parking for cars which is a plus point. Had a great stay here.

Cleanliness is a major issue. Rooms had cockroaches, crockrey were not clean or was very old. The restaurants tables were not clean

I and my wife had an excellent 3days stay at this property. The property location is superb with all facilities within handshaking distance. The staff is very courteous and helpful, very efficient staff giving quick response to every call. I thank the staff for making my stay comfortable. Will be staying here again the next time i come to pune

Our experience with the property is very excellent. Staff at the hotel is very supportive. Room services are very good, and food quality is well maintained.

Checked in around 11pm, had to change my room at that hour then in another room ac was not working. And bugs and cockroaches around. As no patience at that late hour already it was 12am, we had to compromise as it was already late n had hectic day next day. Felt utter waste and too much.

Kohinoor executive is excellent property and location is simply superb. Pricing also is value for money and breakfast is just apt if not sumptuous. You can reach any part of pune within 30-40 mins as located centrally in between fc road and jm road. 9/10 rating from my side. Thanks
