I visited RC for the first time in October for business purpose just for overnight stay so it seemed good n booked it for 3 nights for my Anniversary in November and clearly stated that next time will come with family for an unforgettable experience for them,but for my surprise the staff that was so caring n affectionate this time were least bothered to talk even nicely when I visited again. Still i thought might be the rush is there due to Diljit's show that's why bcoz we were also attending that concert. We booked executive suite which includes lounge access but bcoz you have small kid you can't sit there n we were told to to go to 3 kitchens but when we came there ppl there were like lounge access is upstairs how come you are here so narrated them full story n we sat there but everytime someone comes n asks have you ordered something it made us so embarassed that for next 2 days we didn't used any lounge services inspite of paying for it in advance. This left a bad taste in my mouth. Worse was still about to happen when on my Anniversary day no one wished us as I asked them a month earlier that I m here to celebrate my Anniversary. There was no basic decoration not even the cake that I requested,it was first time since my marriage I cried on my Anniversary n these ppl spoiled my Anniversary like anything. Every year we go to Taj resorts n they are just awesome in making you feel special Taj kovalam,Taj Bekal were some of them even the JW Marriott pune Taj Varanasi,Taj lucknow I just visited on 1st December n it was my kids birthday n they made it unforgettable even though we were not there in hotel for the whole day. My first hand experience with RC pune is the worst n will like to say big no to everyone who want to make memories n stay here please find a better option for yourself. It's only a Business hotel no emotions only business. I really regret spending such a handsome amount on this hotel.

The start with check in was not that great..however it was compensated by amazing service provided by the restaurant staff Somesh Mulmule.. he welcomed us with a smile, ensured we were comfortable and gave everything as it should be.. even on other days he was prompt knew what we wanted booked us a table and made us feel special.. we forgot the initial experience with check in because of that. It made our stay memorable and changed our mind from negative more than positive.. thank you so much Somesh and the entire restaurant staff Debtanu also to mention a few others. Keep it up .. even the rooms were plush and house keeping was quick.. please take good care of these employees as they make the experience complete and wanting more..

This hotel is the best I’ve ever stayed in. It was my best birthday with the amazing Ritz Carlton team made it even more amazing. Our housekeeper Savinay was amazing and incredible. Even Karan uncle was very kind and made our stay and my birthday most memorable. Our room was spacious and amazing the SPA experience is the best I’ve ever had even the UNO salon was amazing I am happy that I spent my 12 th birthday .

A calm & warm noon spent with my so little babies aka my whole family my world ***** with husband for sure ! Not so sweet cake was offered by our DEAREST CHINU as always she makes it special for us ! We can’t wait to celebrate our baby girls FIRST BIRTHDAY there tomorrow again after the 13 th July celebratory evening !

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The food is of a very high standard and there is a lot of variety to choose from. The rooms are great and everything is thought of. If you were to visit Pune, this is the best place to stay. All in all a very good hotel which will provide in all your needs.

We came back to our one of the favorite hotels in India, Ritz Carlton Pune for staycation. As always, it never ever disappoints. This is our 5th time to stay at Ritz Carlton Pune and we've always loved the warm hospitality and exceptional food in all the restaurants. Ukiyo is our favorite Asian restaurant in Pune and Aasmana is also one of our favorite Indian restaurant in India. Their breakfast buffet is huge with so many options with different cuisines and just lives up to the Ritz standards with amazing taste of food. The room we got was Premier Suite and the ambience & quality is truly exceptional, something where Ritz Carlton never go wrong. We enjoyed the heated pool at the time of monsoon where it was little chilly and also used Steam & Sauna which was very nice. It's not only the best hotel in Pune but also one of the best business hotels in India.

Yash was great in service friendly and welcoming .. the buffet breakfast spread was delicious a lot of variety we did full justice in enjoying every part of the meal. It was my son's birthday they surprised us with a beautiful cake thank you so much

I have come to your lovely hotel Ritz Carlton Pune to have a meal. I must tell you I am extremely disappointed with the sub par experience at your hotel. This is the second time such an incident has occurred and I now i begin to wonder if my feedback shared last time with your restaurant manager and assistant FnB Manager was taken seriously or not. I found a hair in my napkin , photo of the same is attached. May i please ask why there is hair in the folds of a napkin ? That's extremely unhygienic. The glass on the table was also dirty and had food stains on it. I was promised by Mr Rupesh that next time such an incident will not happen again. However it has happened again It seems the top hotel in Pune is now struggling with Hygiene issues such a shame. I hope this is looked into with utter seriousness.

I had a great stay at the Ritz. It is definitely a 5 star hotel, and felt extremely luxurious. The only thing I didnt like was that the bed was too soft/plush for my tastes- it was definitely on the extreme plush end. Otherwise, my experience was perfect. The food was outstanding and so was the service. Everything was immaculate. It felt like an oasis. This review was requested on behalf of Peng (at this Ritz, they give you a QR code that takes you to the Trip Advisor page, and tell you the name of who helped you. Kind of smart marketing, since otherwise I probably wouldnt be bothered to write a review). Anyways, Peng did a great job welcoming me to the Ritz in the lobby and helping me with my luggage. I want to specifically mention two employees who did *not* request a review, but who were outstanding. Lanu at the spa was extremely kind and welcoming to me when I was killing time before my flight. And Jeena in the lobby was an absolute angel and went out of her way to get me a cab to the airport - she truly went above and beyond.
