Nice clean and comfort with superb service and location. I will visit again

I had a great stay at the Ritz. It is definitely a 5 star hotel, and felt extremely luxurious. The only thing I didnt like was that the bed was too soft/plush for my tastes- it was definitely on the extreme plush end. Otherwise, my experience was perfect. The food was outstanding and so was the service. Everything was immaculate. It felt like an oasis. This review was requested on behalf of Peng (at this Ritz, they give you a QR code that takes you to the Trip Advisor page, and tell you the name of who helped you. Kind of smart marketing, since otherwise I probably wouldnt be bothered to write a review). Anyways, Peng did a great job welcoming me to the Ritz in the lobby and helping me with my luggage. I want to specifically mention two employees who did *not* request a review, but who were outstanding. Lanu at the spa was extremely kind and welcoming to me when I was killing time before my flight. And Jeena in the lobby was an absolute angel and went out of her way to get me a cab to the airport - she truly went above and beyond.

Wonderful experience at every stage. Handled a corporate event, so booked rooms plus the banquet. Met with pleasant smiling faces of Reshma, Din Din, Esther while entering the hotel. They make you very welcome and instantly you feel you are at the right place. Dinesh with Pang at the concierge are very helpful, very happy to make you at ease while they sort out your bags, and anything else under the sun. Jayant and Kanish, ***** with Winoma ensured that all our delegates checked in smoothly, and did what ever they could to accommodate special requests. The entire restaurant staff, under the guidance of super chef ***oj were very efficient. Special mention to Ayan and Chanchal who served all our clients with a smile. I can still remember how we gorged on the sea food and the patisserie. We had already conducted a recce, but staying in the luxurious spacious (standard) rooms of The Ritz Carlton was a step-up from the various other hotels we use for our events. A few view options from the rooms, one is a huge concrete park between the hotel and the adjacent office buildings, and the other would overlook the golf course across the road. The events team cooperated well with our production team, so thank you!

Exceptional friendly, proactive and thoughtful service. Amazing how the entire staff acts as one family with very high values and customer focused work ethic. Of course all the luxury services were also nice! A special thank you to Amaan, our in-room attendant, who remembered every detail of our preferences and habits and steered his team accordingly. Wat een heerlijk hotel midden in de drukte van de stad. Top service, mooie klassieke kamers en een ontbijt dat hemels was. Zo veel keus en zo vers. Ook op de kamers perfecte service. Ik vond zelfs een handgeschreven briefje op mijn kamer waarin werd aangegeven dat ze een bloemetje op de kamer hadden gezet. Koffie thee en water en een goed gevulde mini bar. Het restaurant (three kitchen) was geweldig. Ben je in Pune kies dan zeker voor dit hotel (en doe dan ook een keer de high tea). What a wonderful hotel in the middle of the bustle of the city. Top notch service, nice classic rooms and a breakfast that was heavenly. So much choice and so fresh. Also perfect service in the rooms. Housekeeping is awesome. They even wrote me a handwritten note and made a flower arrangement. Coffee tea and water and a well stocked mini bar. The restaurant (three kitchen) was great. If you are in Pune, be sure to choose this hotel (and be sure you have the high tea once).

I have been to The Ritz Carlton for Jak World Event, it was a wonderfull experience. I specially want to thanks Nitin from security, he helped us in finding cab and shifting our language, such a great chap he is, wonderfull, I'm soo happy with the professionalism shown by him. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Incredibly luxurious and great staff. I highly recommend the Sunday Brunch as well in the Three Kitchens restaurant. The rooms are big and everything was perfect. I will for sure go back as soon as I can.
