Das Hotel Personal war total Klasse! Alle waren sehr aufmerksam besonders zu Kindern. Das Management hat sich hervorragend gekümmert , wenn wir mal ein Problem hatten. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut und sie sind sehr auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut und wurden jeden Tag außerordentlich gereinigt. Es war eine schöne Zeit in Pune auch dank einem tollem Team im Hotel Centro! Danke

Second time we stay at this hotel.  The best thing is a toilet and a shower.  Very good breakfast.  Comfortable bed.  Excellent and helpful staff.  If so, initially we got a room just above the kitchen.  There was a terrible noise of the dishes and people.  In the morning we asked to change the room to the other side and it was excellent.

Clean rooms and well lit. Excellent wifi facility. Great restaurant with vegetarian menu. Friendly and helpful reception and housekeeping staff. Bathroom shower, knob however need maintenance. Too hard to move and control flow of water.

Good value for money. Overall cleanliness was excellent. Hotel staff was too good. Had a great experience. Food was all vegetarian and fresh. Worth eating their thali in dinner, feels like perfect home healthy food. The location of the hotel is perfect.

Absolutely excellent stay at Centro Hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, which made for a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The attention to detail in cleanliness was impressive and truly enhanced the overall stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch housekeeping, they serve excellent food.... delicious and very well presented.

The room was comparatively small and that also with wash basin in the room itself. Bathroom size was just not bearable. There was no communication for the absence of hot water for 2 hrs . Breakfast was good. Chirp restaurant is beautiful with good ambience. Comparing with the price they charge you it is not recommendable at all. One should explore other nearby options which are more worthy before booking this hotel.
