Das Hotel Personal war total Klasse! Alle waren sehr aufmerksam besonders zu Kindern. Das Management hat sich hervorragend gekümmert , wenn wir mal ein Problem hatten. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut und sie sind sehr auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut und wurden jeden Tag außerordentlich gereinigt. Es war eine schöne Zeit in Pune auch dank einem tollem Team im Hotel Centro! Danke

Bed linen, pillow covers, bath towels, floor, the table tops and the room serenity was excellent. Food menu and the taste are also excellent. Plz keep this up always. Delivery of a morning news paper in the room could completement - just a suggestion

The hotel is placed at a quiet street in a vivid neighbourhood with nice shops and restaurants. The crew is extremely friendly and helpful. The roomservice is awesome. Whatever we needed (sewing kit, help with the saree...) - you just had to ask (very easy via WhatsApp) and someone was there to help. The interior is affectionate and tasteful. Everything is very clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom provides enough space including a large shower enclosure. The restaurant in the basement has a very nice vibe, looks wonderful and you can get both indian and european dishes at a high quality and normal prices. The all you can eat breakfast includes fresh made indian specialities like dosa but you can also order pancakes (-: You even get Coffee and Tea prepared with oatmilk! We stayed as a group of 16 persons from Germany. The staff handled this task uncomplicated, complaisant and very patient (-; Next time we will come to Pune we will definitly stay again at the Centro.

Excellent cleaniness. Very co operative staff, Nice breakfast and good arrangement of coffee, tea, snacks at every floors of hotel. Hotel location is also nice near to FC road in pune. Food and shopping is very near. Some suggestions like; Body cream need to provide in room.

Second time we stay at this hotel. The best thing is a toilet and a shower. Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Excellent and helpful staff. If so, initially we got a room just above the kitchen. There was a terrible noise of the dishes and people. In the morning we asked to change the room to the other side and it was excellent.

Clean rooms and well lit. Excellent wifi facility. Great restaurant with vegetarian menu. Friendly and helpful reception and housekeeping staff. Bathroom shower, knob however need maintenance. Too hard to move and control flow of water.

Good value for money. Overall cleanliness was excellent. Hotel staff was too good. Had a great experience. Food was all vegetarian and fresh. Worth eating their thali in dinner, feels like perfect home healthy food. The location of the hotel is perfect.
