Non existing service from check-in to transport to reservation to restaurant. Grumpiness throughout across all staff. There seems to be a management problem?!

Dharana is the perfect getaway if you’re looking to destress and relax, and find some time away from the hustle of the city life. The service and staff here is impeccable, specifically Waqar is so sweet. They all genuinely ensure your wellbeing and seem invested in your wellness journey. Would definitely recommend!

The best most amazing week Away. Perfect in every way . From the pre arrival consult with dr Arun everything is thought through and methodical The food was delicious nourishing and substantial and very tasty .Can’t recommend this enough to everyone . My health objectives were met . The treatments were superb ! I will be returning annually .

This place is absolutely amazing! It was our first wellness experience. The food was delicious multicourse meal and farm to fork- The staff (Waqar and Sundar?) were great!. We did the Shillim peak trek and Nilesh was so knowledgeable about the area and habitat. The massages, yoga and meditation sessions were all great, The property though built in 1985 is totally amazing in today's modern architecture. One feedback I have it for the all inlsuive package guests there was no tea/coffee provided in the restaurant and you had to pay for it- Seems like a simple thing to add on.

The place is in Lonavla away from all the crowd of Lonavla. It is a beautiful gateway if you are looking to relax and unwind in nature. The rooms are spacious and the house keeping team ensure to keep it clean and beautiful, their healing centre has amazing doctors and masseur who are experts and know what they are doing, the food is wholesome with just the right quantity, and Waqar has been extremely polite and helpful to explaining the menu and dish. The pick and drop facility makes it extremely easy to move around and the drivers are polite and nice. Overall the staff is polite, humble and extremely helpful. One should consider visiting this place if they have the opportunity and means to do so.

A sereine experience. All the attendees were well trained.Special mention: Mr. Waqar has been a bespoke attendee at Ojas. Class apart service by him. Cheers to Mr. Waqar. Villas had a view to remember till your next visit. I would recommend anyone who's suffering through anxeity to let Dharana's nature heal them.
