Noisy ac spoiled peaceful sleep. Average hygiene, no toiletries provides. Overall below average stay. Not recommended.

The stay was fine. Firstly, i had reached the property at 9 am and in-spite of people check-out in front of me they didn't allow me to check-in. Said the rooms were not available. 3 people checked-in in front of me, how were rooms available for them? moreover, they did not provide basic amenities like water bottles, toilet paper and enough toiletries that would suffice for 2 people. Inspite of asking them for toilet paper, they did not provide it. Also, there was no bathtub plug stopper. The staff was not cooperative.

Very mediocre. Seems like the hotel is famous for its bar. Otherwise nothing much to say. Service needs a lot of improvement

Rooms are good. Polite staff. Overall good experience. Cockroaches found in room. Proper pest control required

Rooms were old and very very dark. Bedbugs and cockroaches around. Hotel staff says -“ 2-3 to hot a hai is type ke hotel main “

Room was ok but no drinking water and tea maker was supplied. Food quality was poor and costly too. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

It's rated 3 star but doesn't deserve it. I checked in at 8 pm and checked out at 930 am. Room had a musty odour, outside view. Cockroach infested. Breakfast included but wasn't ready till i left. Receptionist expressed helplessness, not even an apology. No coffee maker in room. Reception dissuaded from ordering tea in room. In short i am not a repeat customer.

Overall good experience. Late night check in with good service. Staff is cooperative and humble. Tv channels are low. Please add kids plan in tv channels.
