The Kirkwood Cottage carriage house is located 4 blocks off I-630 - just minutes from the VA Med Center, UAMS and Children's Hospitals, in the heart of the business, South Main (SoMa) and River Market districts. The carriage house is a good choice for business travelers (in addition to fast WiFi, we have a wireless printer there as well), or couples who want a romantic getaway and it is perfect to accommodate your extended stay guests. Stay a month or longer for just for half the normal night rate, or stay a week or more and save 10% off the daily rate. Pricing will depend upon length of stay.We are pet friendly - we have a Yorkie named Bear, who will no doubt greet you when you enter the courtyard.We have 6 wireless phone chargers. The River Market is quite close as well, with many restaurants, bars, shopping, and the Clinton Presidential Library.
