It is not only located close to famous tourist attractions, restaurants, museums, bars and shops, but also to the attractive beaches, which are only 3 - 5 km away. The apartment is 135 m². It has 3 bedrooms (main bedroom has its own bathroom and TV, and the second bedroom also has a TV), living room with sofa and TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining room, 2 bathroom and a terrace. The outdoor is 200 m², with parking space and an area with table, chairs and deckchairs for rest and relaxation. Guests have their own privacy. NEIGBOURHOOD The apartment is in a quiet area on the hill next to a pine forest. You’ll love this place because it's quite and relaxing but also close to the centre of Pula (1,5 km), 1 km from the amphitheatre “Arena” and others historical sights, and only 300 m from a supermarket and the main bus station. The apartment is 3 km away from the beautiful beaches on the south or west. Many good restaurants are in the vicinity. IMPORTANT Apartment is suitable for people with mobility problems. Smoking is allowed only outside of the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Extra expenses such as tourist tax, utilities and cleaning are already included in the price.
