棕櫚灣海濱飯店公寓(Baia Delle Palme Beach)

Check-In: Wir waren früher angereist als gedacht, daher war unser Appartement noch nicht bereit, allerdings wurde sofort mit der Bereitstellung begonnen und wir konnten eineinhalb Stunden später vorzeitig einziehen. Lage: Die Residence Baia delle Palme liegt recht ausserhalb. In etwa 6 Fahrminuten entfernt ist ein CRAI Supermercato, ca. 10 Fahrminuten entfernt ist der Strand von Nora und insgesamt ca. 40 Fahrminuten liegt Cagliaria entfernt. Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind grosszügig gestaltet. Die Küchenausstattung entspricht dem Minimum: Kein Gefrierfach und sonst sehr rudimentär. Service: Der Service war zweckmässig. Erst auf Nachfrage wird die Mülltrennung, die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, die Gegebenheiten vor Ort etc. erklärt. Die Information, dass wir ein Babybett brauchen wurde nicht weitergeleitet und wurde auf Nachfrage bereitgestellt. Wir waren zwar ausserhalb der Saison vor Ort, dennoch fanden wir es recht familienunfreundlich, dass bereits am zweiten Tag mit Bohrmaschinen gearbeitet worden ist. Fazit: Idyllisch gelegene Residenz mit gepflegter Anlage und schönem Pool. Durch die abgeschiedene Lage sehr entspannt mit verbesserungswürdigem Service.

Réservation faites sur Destinia 850 € pour 5 nuits Mais à l’arrivée vous pouvez en rajouter il vous réclame comme si c’était normal 10 € par personne et par nuit pour l’eau électricité et la piscine nous étions 2 donc 100 € de plus !! Apparement nombreux clients se font avoir Rien n’était marqué sur notre réservation il a fallu payer sinon pas de clef nous sommes resté assis à la réception plus d’une heure apparemment c’est une erreur de Destinia ! Le premier gars était désagréable et Alessandra bien déterminer à nous prendre nos 100 € bonne comédienne ! 60 € pour le ménage ! 10 € pour taxe de séjour Et j’oublie 200 € en espèces pour la caution Des clients qui avait réservé sur Las**inute aussi on eu le même problème il était 4 donc 4x7jours x10 euros 280 € C’est du vol Sinon la piscine était super et c’était hyper tranquille mais rien que pour cette mauvaise expérience à notre arrivée je n’y retournerai pas

Siamo stati 2 settimane in questo residence. Posizione ottima , necessaria l'auto per spostarsi, ma in 5 minuti si è in centro a Pula. Qui si trovano 2 supermercati ben forniti con prezzi ragionevoli e diversi bar e ristoranti. Il residence é immerso nel verde, il nostro "bilocale plus" , al pian terreno, dotato di microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero nuovissimo, climatizzatore e un bel bagno con box doccia nuovo, é stato super apprezzato. La piscina è nel centro del residence,poco lontana dagli appartamenti quindi non dà fastidio nemmeno se c'è gente . Personale disponibile e gentile. La spiaggia a 250m è carina, ma con Chia e le sue spiagge a circa 20/30 min di auto non é stata da noi sfruttata. Da migliorare l'ingresso che parte dalla Statale, andrebbe asfaltato e segnalato con una insegna che si possa vedere sia da lontano che alla sera. Lo consiglio.

Residence in generale bello. Lo consiglio e ci tornerei. Il giardino e la piscina soprattutto molto belli e curati. Appartamento bilocale ampio con bella terrazza. Semplice nell'arredamento ma pulito. Personale gentile, ci hanno pure prestato due ombrelloni x la spiaggia. Manca un po' di servizio al bar in quanto non è quasi mai aperto ed attivo. Presente anche servizio lavanderia e asciugatrice. È a qualche km dal centro di Pula (paesino molto vivo di sera). Stradina inghiaiata per arrivarci. Non il massimo per le macchine.

Premetto che il contesto in cui è situato il residence è molto carino: giardini curati e casette caratteristiche (almeno esteriormente), ma è una struttura un po' datata. Le principali criticità che ho riscontrato riguardano l'appartamento: porte interne che non si chiudono e che sbattono di notte, sciacquone del water malfunzionante (dovevamo tenere schiacciato con forza il bottone per diversi secondi prima che scendesse l'acqua dopodiché si sentiva un rumore assordante in tutta la casa). Poche posate (4 per tipo!) e stoviglie, una pastiglia per la lavastoviglie, nessuno strofinaccio per i piatti, nessuna tovaglia, nessuna spugna per lavare i piatti: capisco che magari la direzione non sia tenuta a lasciare queste poche cose, ma è anche impensabile che una persona che viene in aereo si porti dietro tutto ciò. Sul terrazzo, ringhiere completamente arrugginite, tavolino, sedie e lettino vecchi e sporchi. La spiaggia vicina al complesso inoltre non è un granché: era data come punto di forza per la vicinanza, ma in realtà è piccola e piena di alghe. Le spiagge di Chia sono decisamente più belle. Ultima cosa: consiglio di leggere attentamente le spese extra da pagare in loco che non sono indifferenti e che vanno pagate all'arrivo! Io avevo letto in modo un po' superficiale questi particolari (mea culpa!) e il benvenuto non è stato molto piacevole. Pertanto per i motivi esplicitati non ritornerò mai più al Baia delle Palme.

Residence molto carino immerso in un bel giardino di palme, piscina piuttosto grande e con acqua di mare. Da sottolineare l'estrema gentilezza, cordialità e disponibilità dei gestori e non. Abbiamo avuto qualche problemino personale (non dovuto alla struttura, sia chiaro) e la loro collaborazione è stata davvero encomiabile!

Bonjour Je tiens à partager mon expérience avec cet hôtel dont la pratique est très scrupuleuse. Nous devrions nous y rendre en 2020. Notre vol a été annulé en raison de la Covid. Sur notre roadtrip c'est la seule prestation sur laquelle nous ne nous sommes pas fait remboursé. Nous avons donc réussi à obtenir un avoir après des mois de négociation!!!! S'en est suivi deux années un peu particulière pour nous avec des soucis de santé ne nous permettant pas de quitter la France pour éviter toute complications médicale Nous avons donc du demander le report de cet avoir A ce jour alors que nous pouvons envisager de voyager de nouveau cet hôtel refuse d'activer notre avoir 700e de perdu pour une annulation qui n'est pas de notre fait, en pleine pandémie et aucune prestation fournie Bravo le baia delle palme Je vous décerne la palme d'or des voleurs! Conseils à tous les voyageurs : assurez vous de bien pouvoir vous y rendre car cet hôtel n'est vraiment pas arrangeant

Bellissimo residence immerso nel verde, appartamento grande, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Piscina grande e pulita. Personale gentile e molto disponibile rispetto alle nostre esigenze. Ci torneremo

Would have moved to another place if it weren't for the pool and Agoda's refusal to refund us. Firstly, the location is so remote that you absolutely need a car to get anywhere. The room was dark, musty and not at all like the photos, and that's after we asked to be moved from the first, even worse one. It was poorly equipped with not even the most basic cooking or eating equipment until we asked specifically for the things we needed, such as bottle opener, glasses, a knife.... You are demanded to take the bins out and clean the kitchenette on threat of a €50 fine by an impolite notice on the wall. The pool bar was not open once during our stay and the main bar only until 1pm each day! There is NO WIFI IN ANY of the rooms. Only very poor WiFi in the public spaces. Worst of all, when we asked the manager about this because Agoda clearly list FREE WIFI IN ALL ROOMS , he burst into a raging torrent of abuse that left us speechless. There were no smoke detectors, hair dryer or really anything listed in the facilities, including a working TV. The aircon was extremely noisy so we had no choice but to switch it off and sweat at nights just to get any sleep. Genuinely the only decent thing about this place was the pool. Thank goodness we had a car so we could get out of the place and actually enjoy our holiday.
