卡薩卡夫精品飯店(Casa Kalfu Hotel Boutique)

After reading some of the reviews I must admit we were a little apprehensive to stay here. However, we needn’t have been at all. We stayed for two nights as part of a tour. The hotel is lovely, very unique, warm and welcoming. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and we had no problems with sleep!

My family and I went to visit Puerto varas last week. It is a beautiful and picturesque town. But, we had a very bad experience at this hotel. We were told to leave all our bags and belongings while we were going to visit the town. We were told by the driver of the tour to leave everything since it was a safe and tranquil place. We were not able to check in at the hotel as the driver recommended. It was for our sad and upsetting surprise that $800 were taken from our book bags. Nobody gave us an answer after we had called the tour company, the driver and the hotel. In summery, DO NOT TRUST ANYBODY AT THIS HOTEL!! And I will recommend to stay in another place. There are many more pretty, clean and trustworthy hotel in the town. I don’t recommend. Be careful !!

Hotel a l'architecture locale tres accueillant. Personnel sympathique et disponible, de bons conseils. Proche des lacs avec superbe vue sur les Andes. Chambre confortable, parking disponible. Excellents petits dejeuners. Restaurant local jouxtant l'hotel oroposant des plats locaux.

Bonito en hotel. Muy amables todos los que trabajan ahí. Habitación cómoda y con calefacción, la cual se agradece ya que me tocó todos los días lluvia. A mejorar: ojalá incorporen algún mini refrigerador en la habitación Yo fui solo con maleta de mano, por lo que no fue tan terrible estar en el cuarto piso. Pero imagino que si vas con más maletas tal vez debas pedir habitación en primer piso

I have never seen such a dirty place. Terrible welcome. Not recommended.We had booked for 4 days but left after 3 hours. The bed was ruined and the sheets were stained as well as dust everywhere. Choose other places

Excelente atención los conserjes , el dueño Horacio un capo, muy amable, dando consejos y tips para todas las actividades, brindando atención von calidez y calidad algo no muy común hoy en día, Las instalaciones muy buenas, camas cómodas,l el baño y ducha estaba bien, solo le faltaría una ducha higiénica

El hotel es acogedor, el personal muy amable; dispuesto a recomendar lugares para visitar, y el desayuno es exquisito. En una ocasión la ducha no tenía agua caliente y al notificar el inconveniente ya estaban trabajando en él. Una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido.

39#I was booked for 3 nites starting on 1/20/23, and after an 11 hours journey for the ANDES CROSSING, I arrived to this dump, known as a "boutique" hotel. I could not believe the facade of this hotel, looked like a run down farm out with an awful wooden gate and then like 12 cement steps at least or maybe more, very steep and narrow landings with NO ramp to pull your suitcase. The wooden railing was all broken with rusty nails all exposed. I did not know how to go up carrying my bag with nowhere to hang on. Room #9 was a small room with just a bed, no chair, no stool, no table and a wardrobe stand with just 2 hangers. There was this nasty dried-up wall with the drywall/plaster all broken up as a result of a shower leak. The area was all molded and a hole was exposed with dried-up dirty wood. Just a horrible sight. I woke up with a headache due to the infected area. and from that point on I did not want to sit on any of their couches in the lobby area. Everything is old and definitey dirty. without any doubt. /Stay away from this property please

If you can sleep through dogs barking all night, you might enjoy this boutique hotel. Also be prepared for stairs up to the hotel and then up to your room. It has a nice sitting area and is surrounded by lovely gardens. The walk to the centro is easy and along the coastline.
