No hay personal disponible para atender emergencias ni se proporciona un número de teléfono de contacto. Permítanme compartir mi experiencia: Mi estadía como mujer sola en este hostal fue pésima, y quiero explicar lo irresponsables que son en cuanto a la seguridad de sus huéspedes. Me asignaron una habitación con cuatro literas, todas sin cortina. Yo me ubiqué en una cama de arriba y un hombre estaba en la cama de abajo. Intenté dormir, pero no pude hacerlo. Hacia las dos de la mañana, este hombre se subió a la cama de arriba de su litera intencionalmente y comenzó hacer el suyo. En ese instante, tomé mi teléfono y salí de la habitación, muy asustada. Me dirigí a recepción, pero no había nadie allí, ni había un número de teléfono de contacto. Estaba temblando de miedo. Después de 30 minutos, decidí volver porque otra persona dormía debajo de mi lugar y pensé que si algo pasaba, me podría ayudar (o no). Decidí que, si era necesario, gritaría para despertar a todos y pedir ayuda, ya que no había más opción. Esa noche solo pude dormir dos horas. Imaginen si algo aún más grave hubiera sucedido; no había personal del hostal disponible para ayudar. Por la mañana, me levanté a las 7 y me dirigí directamente a recepción, pero no llegó nadie hasta las 8:30. Cuando finalmente llegaron dos jóvenes, les expliqué lo sucedido, y me dijeron que no había ocurrido nada similar anteriormente. Además, me sugirieron que si quería sentirme más segura, debería reservar una habitación privada. Consideré esta respuesta como una falta de responsabilidad por parte del personal del hostal. Espero que mi comentario sea útil para las mujeres que están considerando hospedarse en este lugar. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. ¡Es inseguro e irresponsable!

Llegué a Vallarta el día 15 de enero de este año, un poco tarde a las 8:20 pm y el albergue de nombre ten to ten, estaba muy lleno en la parte del restaurant y me tardaron en dar la cama donde iba a estar 4 cuatro noches, yo me duche y salí a comer y tomar unas cervezas, ya a las 2 de la mañana regreso para tratar de dormir y sorpresa fue imposible, el colchón estaba lleno de pulgas o chinches no se que animales eran, pero daba mucha comezón, me levanté y me duche, en la entrada al cuarto juntoo a los lockers en la parte de arriba había un líquido con indicación de insecticida ya casi a la mitad, lo cuál yo tome y exparsi por todo el colchón, espere unos minutos y ya casi durmiendo me volví a la cama, no se si por el cansancio pero desperté como a las 4 50 AM, y me rasque el cuello, el estómago y el brazo porque tenía mucha comezón y Vi que tenía muchos granos o ampulas. Ya mejor me desperté y espere que amaneciera y preferí ir a la playa, ahí trate de dormir hasta como las 8 AM y regrese al hostal y preguntar por el gerente o encargado para que me diera una solución. Lo único que hicieron fue cambiarme a otra habitación y hasta el día de mi salida me pude entrevistar con la encargado, menciono que yo había acosado a uno de sus trabajadores y que casi la culpa era mía, por eso yo jamás regreso a ese hostal con muy mala higiene y el personal grosero y mentiroso.

Fue mi primera experiencia en un hostal y la pase de lo mejor, desde el servicio que recibes al llegar, las personas que trabajan o brindan Servicio (Chris eres de las personas mas amables). Todo el espacio es muy limpio, y te ayuda a pasar el mejor tiempo posible,.

It has no real communal space apart from 2 tables that you use for eating and lap top or chatting The kitchen is poorly equipped Fridge is small and full also with staff food No air con The rooms are ok but only a bed and a side table nowhere to hang clothes or your towel Communal Bathroom is clean but only 2 shows and 3 toilets and NO HOT WATER for the morning shower so not good Some staff ok But the BIGGEST PROBLEM is l brought a friend back for some drinks in my room and on checkout l was told we had to pay 500 peso as l Broke house rules that WAS NOT POINTED OUT TO US. My friend was only in our room for 1.5 hrs so didn’t stay long WE HAVE NEVER STAYED ANYWHERE THAT WILL CHARGE YOU FOR BRINGING SOMEONE TO YOUR ROOM EVER the lady checking us out was very nasty and did not except our point of view just wanted our money which we refused to pay and had to take our luggage with us, luckily we had a friend we could keep it with so not a problem So l DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

It is a backpacker’s place so not to expect to much It has a large down stairs reception /&room which does vegan food that look quite good, and has a good reputation (So l was told) The bedroom was a good size with a double bed air conditioning 😊😊 worked well, side tables and a bed side light Some hangers on a stew on the wall and a stool Clean sheet and a good towel that get changed every 3 days Noisy bed when sat on 🤔 but ok when sleeping,and can be a bit noisy from people in the communal kitchen at night The 2 men’s showers are cold in the mornings and kind of warm in the afternoon ( from the sun) toilets are clean and don’t smell which is good 😊😊 The staff are nice Not much in the way of communal space to relax in ( but they are making a small bar on the rooftop) so that will be good When done The kitchen only has a very small 2 electric rings to cook on Pans are very old and scratchy so everything sticks 1 fridge that gets very full And two tables to eat at Not much space to put your food or to prepare it As staff also have there food and cook 🤔 Outside balcony which just has 1 small table and 2 chairs 🤔 A code to get into the hostel at night for the front door gets locked No problem if you won’t to bring friends back No safes but you can leave stuff with the reception that they put in a room with a locked cupboard that only staff go in and has a camera also The *** bars are a 15 minute walk The beach 15 mins walk No close places to get a nice cheap 35 peso 10 /15 mins walk away towards the zona romantica other wise you pay 45/to 60 peso for a coffee 🤔🤔🤔 Food has gone up in price a lot and drinks /beer has also gone up in price 30 peso for corona (not bad at all ) but more than l remember it being Some places selling it for 50 peso /60 peso for a bottle 🤔 food for a dinner was almost the same as in Europe 🤔 but quality not the same Hay this is MEXICO 🤔😊 Get yourself a SIM card tellcel in Mexico City for 100 peso for 3 gigabytes that has done 10 so far and still ok but have been useing Wi-Fi a lot also
