My family really enjoyed our Christmas week stay. The living space was very roomy, and beautiful. Loved the washer and dryer! The roof top pool was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet, and the nearby funicular really helped with those up hill climbs. We also saw whales in Banderas Bay from our balcony. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested.

Room 201 is well has well furnished, well equipped kitchen, functioning appliances including washer and dryer. There's a grocery nearby, but not too many restaurants nearby to choose from, unless you walk down the stairs or use the vernacular (using the stairs is actually a good thing) to where all the shops and restaurants are. It was fun.

I chose to stay in this hotel due to its amenities & proximity to the beach. My family enjoyed our stay here but I am disappointed with the billing since I am charged $40 for a “missing” blow dryer which was not there in the first place. This is the first time that this has ever happened in all our years of international travel. I felt & still feel taken advantaged of. This incident accuses my family & I of stealing which is heartbreaking because we have never done that as the hotel personnel implied. I will not recommend this facility because of this experience alone.

The trip turn out to be very disappointing. Not to put the total blame on Pinnacle, but using their VIP service it got intercepted by a time share scan artist. They need to protect their customers a little better at the airport. Also I order a few things for the room and no one responded to the request. The next responses was for the transfer and mini bar service. Needless to say when I check in they had both request, so I paid double. The mini bar and the original request. Mexico is just full of scam artist, be very cautious when visiting.

The room was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view. We even had a washer and dryer.

The property was very convenient. It was clean and well kept. Rooftop pool was fantastic!
