加爾薩布蘭卡保留度假村(Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa)

Lo que me hubiera gustado que tuvieran es restaurantes en la alberca techados donde Te ofrezcan el mismo menú de la alberca. En la alberca de abajo si hay pero no corre el viento y es muy desagradable el calor. No hay ninguna sombra en la alberca ademas de las sombrillas. También les hace falta mas restaurantes para los huestes con familias que no pueden accesar a lo de adultos. Dos restaurantes es muy poca opción.

Me gusto mucho el contacto con la naturaleza y comidas. No me gusto que no hubo ascenso en mi categoria de vip y no me entregaron botella de cortesia

This is my first stay at Garza Blanca but definitely not my last. Already planning a trip to come back in a couple of months and bringing a group of people with me. Ronaldo, Mike, Eduardo, & Christian made this trip even better than I imagined. I came alone but these people specifically stood out at making me feel included, continuously happy, comfortable and as if my presence was genuinely valued. I thoroughly enjoyed the stretching class, Tai Chi, yoga, salsa dancing lessons, multiple hikes & swims to a gorgeous waterfall, and games on the beach. Was here for 6 days and still feel there was more for me to try and experience as there is no shortage on activities and restaurants. Part of my profession is being a Private Chef for high profile families and I can guarantee there is absolutely incredible food and service. I posted many photos and videos on my social media and have had 47 people *and counting* reach out to know where this incredible place is. Will continue to share with anyone and everyone looking to be completely and utterly happy. Thank you for such a beyond pleasant experience looking forward to being back soon. - Betty Boop ❤️

Generally this is a fantasic hotel... beautiful property, well maintained, very clean and excellent services. Unfortunately our ******* VIP status was not acknowledged. Also, the doors to the rooms are not closed at the top or bottom, so sound carries into the room. We were woken several times from noise in the hallway and partying from the building behind ours.

Hotel quality and room size are good. However, I did not receive the ******* VIP benefits. Of the three rooms, only one room received wine and the other rooms did not. I also gave it to you after I complained. I didn't receive a room upgrade because many of the rooms seemed to be empty. When I arrived at the hotel around 6pm, I waited for about 20 to 30 minutes because the room was not ready. Everyone except the front desk person was friendly and nice.

For the most part it was quiet around pool which was very enjoyable and relaxing. Staff and service is amazing. Moon our concierge was fantastic. She made all our reservations for restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was the Italian and then the steakhouse. I feel housekeeping is short handed and over burdened. It was late afternoons before our room was cleaned and turned down service was later than desired. We did not receive an upgraded room and we were kinda ignored when that was mentioned. Also more lunch options would be nice.

Safe property with friendly staff. Spacious rooms with beautiful balcony. Pool areas amazing. Beach clean with best views of area.

Everything is in excellent condition especially the restaurants and rooms. The service is the best and Puerto Vallarta
