Recomendado Mejor de lo que esperaba. El personal es muuuuy amable y servicial. La comida y los tragos son buenos. Esa parte de la playa se ve muy bien cuidada (limpia). El ambiente es agradable, aunque nos hubiera gustado que en la noche hubiera un ambiente más "fiestero" en el lado de Secrets. Pero por lo demás, super bien. Fui con mi esposo por nuestro aniversario, y en el restaurant Italiano tuvieron un detalle muy lindo con nosotros.

Si te gusta pagar de más, no dormir y esperar horas para comer, Dreams Vallarta bay Resort es perfecto para ti. Me cobraron 105 USD extra por dia por mis hijos, aunque ******* cobra igual sin importar la edad. Y aunque estoy segura que si lo pague porque al viajar con mucha frecuencia ya lo tengo en mi perfil guardado con las edades de mis hijos No es la primera vez que pasa esto en comentarios más abajo ya está un review tal cual igual a lo que me acaba de pasar Los restaurantes tienen esperas eternas (y el italiano no es para niños, aunque el hotel se dice familiar). En mi caso hubo una boda en el lobby con música hasta la madrugada, ideal si lo que querías era una discoteca y no descanso. Además de que ojo si planeas tu boda aquí ya que la recepción es literalmente el lobby del hotel Climas que no sirven, alcohol barato, comida mala y un trato que deja claro que el turismo local no es bienvenido. Ya que en el lobby priorizaban atender a los extranjeros Dreams … pero de pesadilla.

Very clean and comfortable view. We had a nice view of the beach and ocean. We didn't venture out of the resort, but it looked decent enough with food and shopping options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the swim up bar and the activities in the pool. And surprisingly, the food was delicious!

This resort was wonderful. We had a great ocean view from the room, although there was a smell from one sink and housekeeping was not restocking items as stated. The other services and staff were great, especially at the restaurants- excellent servers and fabulous food. The pool attendants were awesome also. We had a great time!

The staff is nice but the pool is dirty full of bugs and bees. Especially the big pool. My kids refuse to go into it. The room has a very strong moldy smell. And we got allergy and sick. So we leave the hotel and change to a different one. The front desk refuse to refund us for the days we are not going to stay. Which is not helpful at all. I submitted a review through the hotel’s parent company’s website and then they get the partial refund to us. Besides this. The kids club is great and staff beside the front desk are all great too.

When we arrived they hit us w an extra $300 per day charge for 5 days ($1500) for my 2 kids which were included in my original booking. And then the all inclusive pool bar closes at a certain time so u have to go to lobby bar but whos gonna go from pool to lobby bar which is a 5 min walk and up an elevator. Then the liquor cart comes around but its only a tease because they charge you extra for that. For 2 adults and 2 kids i ended up paying $950 per night. This hotel was nice but not worth $950 per night. If it was around $500-$600 per night like we had originally booked then i would say yeah not bad.

La hospitalidad es excelente! Mi observación es que el mobiliario del área de la alberca debería mejorar. Pero en general todo estuvo muy bien. Regresaremos y lo hemos recomendado con amigos y familiares. Buen día!

I have stayed her now 5 times. I have always booked on *******, every trip since 2012; the property was brand new my first trip. I haven't been here since 2019. I recently stayed April 2025 at Dreams. I booked Dreams because I love the view of Centro and the mountains. I have stayed at Secrets (adults side) 3 times; view sucks all you see is hotels. As of 2025 or so....Yuck!! Warning!! Two separate hotels!!! Not all inclusive like in the past. You need to add $300.00 if you want full access to the 2 restaurants and pool, which seems PETTY, unless I was duped and didn't care once I was at the hotel . Ick!! Don't think I will stay again. Very disappointing! They claim they had a renovation, but all they added was add-ons like luxury daybeds for you to spend more money (makes sense, but not a remodel) Hotel lookin shabby as well; lobby furniture, lobby wood deck tired and needs replaced, buffet yuck. I have always stayed in the Preferred Club; the buffet they offer is not like it was in the past not worth the effort or money, the only benefit of the Preferred club is it's closer to the ocean. Just a total Ick-disappointment....not sorry!
