The entry level is a dramatic, large open area that has a Mexican-style kitchen with open tiled shelving, a dining area, and a living area with banquette seating for TV viewing. A convenient powder room is also located on this level. The comfortable living area is completely open to the ocean along the west wall allowing tropical breezes to move throughout the home incorporating seamlessly the indoor living spaces with the outside terrace. Up one level, guests will find two master bedrooms with full bathrooms en suite. One master bedroom features a king bed with a Mexican-tiled sunken tub and shower. The other King master suite has a magnificent bathroom tiled in Moroccan inspired tile work. There is a sitting area on the balcony outside both suites. The bedrooms can be open air or closed for air conditioned comfort for sleeping. Up one more level is the private rooftop terrace. The terrace features a spectacular 360 degree view of the ocean, downtown and lush mountains. There is a palapa-covered bar made complete with a sink and refrigerator.
