巴亞以塔港火焰套房飯店

The site says someone is available 24 hpurs. I went on my deck amd closed the patio doors while on the deck and the patio door locked automatically when i closed the door amd there is no one answering to help me get back into my room so i am stuck on my balcony overnight and cant get in. Thats not acceptable that there is no one to contact after hours for emergencies. Deplorable

Rene was a great front desk gentleman, we got a chance to meet the owner/architect Mr. Miquel who designed the hotel. Nice and clean, simple but effective. It’s close to the downtown Vallarta Cento. It’s less than 5 minutes walk to the center. As mentioned by other reviewers on this hotel, no fancy fridge, microwave, or other amenities. If you need a clean place, friendly staff, to stay and less congested this is the place.
