An amazing 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom villa in the beautiful Puerto Plata area of DR. Activities in the area include horse back riding, cable cars, atvs, the Boulevard where there are multiple bars and restaurants on the beach that you can enjoy, and so much more. Even with all of that you have a beautiful view of the mountain from the villa.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 15.

Our experience at the Property We rented at praderas doradas
We really enjoyed our stay on this property.
The house was well decorated, clean and spacious! We especially loved the pool area;
It was clean and well kept, and the swimming pool was cleaned everyday!. The person in charge of the property was pleasant, diligent and approachable. He promptly and effectively handled anything that we brought to his attention . We will not hesitate to rent this house again! We lived it!
