宜必思蒙特港飯店(Ibis Puerto Montt)

Very clean room and very comfy bed. Nice rain shower and bathroom marble table. Friendly staff, breakfast has a lot of options from bread to 3 types of yogurt and 4 types of cereal. Pineapple, kiwi and banana for fruit and even some cheesecake. Wifi is also great, no issues doing videocalls. TV mostly Spanish but also has CNN and BBC. Highly recommend for the price.

Si vous chercher un hôtel basique à coté de la gare routière (prendre le bus ou aller à l’aéroport), l’emplacement est bon.

Ótima localização para quem não possui carro, pous o estacionamento disponível é o do terminal de ônibus, porém o hotel dá um desconto. Limpeza e conforto ótimos. Recepção atenciosa. É fácil de caminhar pelo centro e arredores, como Angelmó.

Panne d'ascenseur et pas d'organisation pour descendre les baggages.....sauf une jeune fille fluette.. D'autre part aucune communication en anglais pour un hotel de cette classe.......

I had to tape the gap in the window/ frame to help keep the cold draft out. Had to beg for clothes hangers. They gave 3 after 3 days of requests. Very noisy location right next to bus terminal. They put us in a room on the noisy side when the hotel was almost empty. They want too much information just to join the WiFi that stops after 3 days. Good hot water, staff friendly, good bed, sheets and blankets. The shower does not drain fast enough because the floor is sloped away from the drain so it runs out onto the bathroom floor. The place was okay for nightly rate.

No muy bien. La cama no está en buenas condiciones. El personal te deja solo en el bar sin avisar. Quién atiende el desayuno no deja de hablar por celular sin preocup**** de los clientes ni explicar cómo funciona el servicio. No reponen lo que se va ocupando en el desayuno. No hay nada para comer en la noche si llegas después de las 21
