海冠公寓

Initially booked to stay here as an alternative to our usual accomodation Bitacora Lanzarote Club. Upon our arrival after 4pm the reception is not open and you are let in via a webcam intercom by somebody and made to hold your passport up etc to prove it’s you. The operator on this intercom hasn’t been to the property from the sound of this telling us that our room is on the ground floor. The room was not and is the second on the main floor but there is another 2 floors lower from the reception area so essentially this is the fourth floor. The room had seen better days and could do with a refreshing of paint and glossing doors. however for the price I suppose you get what you pay for. However the cleanliness I’d say is about a 3/5, there was so many hairs left scattered around clearly none of ours as they was long (none of ours are), all in the shower as well and under the bed. There is no aircon in the room but a fan, luckily there is a back door in the room which we had to open but this meant with the wind all the hair dirt and dust blew all over and the floor was a mess - though it was cleaned through the week, we kept discovering more that was not ours… yuck. The pool area is quite modern however hardly anybody sunbathes, I enjoy sunbathing myself but my friend does not due to his skin type … however there is no parasol umbrellas . We asked at reception do they have any and was given the response ‘Maybe not I will check’ … we are still waiting for this to be checked - as you can imagine we didn’t get an umbrella. Not even one was located in the entire complex even in the seating areas … and due to its location there is no shade unless you go back to your room which will be roasting without the aircon. All in all, I’m not sure this is my first choice - we tried it to see if we got an economic option … though I will be sorry to say I don’t think I will be staying here again unfortunately.

Superbe endroit calme , propre. Les appartements sont très pratiques. ils sont nettoyés tous les 2 jours. Belle piscine nettoyée souvent.Les femmes de ménage sont adorables par leur sourire. La superette juste à coté, c'est top. A 400m de la plages et de l'animation. Personnellement aucun reproche car meme les escaliers ce n'est pas dramatique.

Situati vicino alle piu' belle spiagge di Puerto del Carmen. Playa Grande e Chica. Vicino al mare ad un Supermarket ad un noleggio auto e fermata dei Taxi. Appartamenti piccoli ma puliti una volta al giorno e riordinati. Asciugamani con cambio giornaliero e teli per il mare compresi. Cucina con forno tradizionale, piccolo piano cottura a due fuochi elettrico e comodo microonde. Due piscine piccole al piano solarium. Difficoltà nel parcheggio auto esterno.

Très bien Très bon séjour à Corona Mar . L'appartement est bien , avec le minimum , proche de la piscine , elle aussi très bien entretenu. Le personnel était très gentil ( le monsieur de l'accueil ou encore la femme de ménage blonde aux cheveux courts ) . Avec une clim ou un ventilateur (qui nous a été proposé mais... en location... ) ça aurait été parfait .

Die Unterkunft bietet Schutz, Sauberkeit, und Urlaubsvergnügen in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Meer ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Sicherer Zugang mit Pin Code und Rezepetionsservice ist hervorragend.

Perfect en mooi gelegen appartement voor een week vakantie op Lanzarote!
