Excelente lugar para alojarse en Isla Santa Cruz en Galápagos. El lugar es precioso, muy cuidado, mucha naturaleza, tortugas por todo el lugar y una atención muy cálida de parte de Cattya y todo el personal. Ofrecen paquetes completos con tours o sólo el alojamiento como fue en mí caso, y me quedaba a cenar por las noches, muy rica comida. Si vuelvo a Santa Cruz de seguro me volvería a alojar en Semilla Verde.

Fue una excelente opción haberme hospedado en Semilla Verde, es un hotel boutique que no solamente tiene lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. El hotel esta ubicado a 10 kilometros o 15 minutos en taxi de puerto ayora. El Clima pese a estar a 10 kms del puerto es diferente. El hotel está en medio del bosque en una propiedad donde uno puede encontrar tortugas gigantes, me toco ver 5 y en el hotel el clima era nublado, algo de lluvia, mientras en el puerto mucho mas calor, cielo despejado. También destaco como lo principal la atención de todo el staff, en particular de Katia que es la gerente que en todo momento estuvo al pendiente de cualquier cosa, te hacen sentir como en tu casa. Asimismo el haber contratado directamente los tours en semilla verde fue un acierto, todos los tours que tomamos fueron puntuales y de primer nivel. También destaco el profesionalismo de Robert, propietario, que supo resolver todas las dudas que tuve antes de reservar en el hotel.

Knus hotel in de highlands van Santa Cruz. Heel aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers zijn netjes en ruim. In de tuin lopen reuzeschildpadden. Het avondeten bij het hotel vonden wij niet goed. Genoeg leuke alternatieven in centrum………..

We found out immediately that Semilla Verde deserve these ratings! It could not have been better - they are fantastic! With a stunning property full of banana trees, coffee beans, tortoises and more, the landscape was luscious with trails and relaxing spots. We saw tortoises just outside the entrance! Cattya is an extraordinary host. Everything was anticipated. Cabs were ordered and instructions were given so we never had to wonder about a language barrier. Staff was coordinated to refresh our rooms, get our laundry done – all without any special effort from us. Our prearranged tours happened without a hitch. Food was plentiful and beautifully presented. Our gluten free and no dairy requests were handled with ease. It was so easy to settle into our Finch rooms. Beds were comfortable. Drawers and storage space was more than enough. Our patio with hammock was restful with a lovely view. The bathroom was ample with plenty of hot water to shower. The Ecuadorian spirit of hospitality shone through everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Semilla Verde for short or long stays.

My family's experience at Semilla Verde was truly specular. We loved every second of our stay at this magical place. Cattya, as the hotel manager, and her entire staff were wonderful - very kind, helpful, attentive and really amazing cooks. The grounds were beautiful, peaceful too, and sharing the space with the huge tortoises was other-worldly. Cattya and her colleagues helped arrange our tours and transportation during our stay, and every excursion was awesome - and different - and really suited our needs. While the hotel seems great for singles and couples, it was also perfect for our family, and we got to take time exploring the hiking trails on the hotel grounds and cooling off in the pool after our daily adventures. I cannot recommend a stay at Semilla Verde highly enough!
