I had a very disappointing experience. I accidentally left a valuable item, a gold earring, in the room. It was placed on a small table in the second part of the room with two beds. When I realized I had forgotten it, I immediately contacted the hotel to ask if they could check the room. However, instead of receiving assistance, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they denied finding the earring, which has led me to believe it was taken and not returned. This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed and uncomfortable with the lack of honesty and professionalism from the staff. I expected a much higher standard of service and integrity from a hotel of this reputation. I would not recommend this hotel to others, as I believe the security and trustworthiness of the staff are questionable.
