Meravigliosa vacanza in famiglia
Casa pukita e ben tenuta in un posto meraviglioso e molto tranquillo.
Siamo srati qui a fine maggio/ inizio giugno, quindi senza ancora il turismo pieno dei mesi estivi. Meglio così per godersi la pace in giardino, credo.
Spiaggia bella e poco frequentataa due passi da casa.
Posto fornito di tutto quello che occorre, inclusi ombrelloni da spiaggia da poter portarsi dietro.
La proprietaria (non abita in loco) è molto gentile e ci ha chiamato sia all'arrivo che il giorno della nostra partenza. Il check-in sul posto anche cordiale anche se mancavano alcune informazioni, ma nulla di grave.
San Teodoro si raggiunge a piedi (10-15 minuti); bellissime spiagge nei dintorni, acqua cristallina e sabbia fine.
Credo che torneremo volentieri 😀.

Sehr zu empfehlen für entspannte Tage mit der Familie
Zunächst muss man Fausta als Gastgeberin und Lorenzo als Ansprechpartner vor Ort besonders hervorheben, da beide total nett, sehr aufmerksam und immer ansprechbar waren.
Das Reihenhäuschen ist in einer wunderbaren Anlage gelegen, sehr gepflegt und idyllisch. Der Fußweg zu einem Naturstrand (Achtung: Steine, Wasserschuhe zu empfehlen) beträgt wenige Gehminuten. Die Fahrt zu karibisch wirkenden Stränden mit feinem Puderzuckersand und wenige Minuten mit dem Auto.
Das Haus war für uns mit einem Kleinkind und einem Baby ideal, einzig das Bad ist dann etwas eng. Die Ausstattung lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig, es ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Es hätte sogar Babybett und Hochstuhl vor Ort gegeben, was bei Anreise mit Flugzeug sehr von Vorteil ist.
Einziges Manko ist, dass man abends auf der Terrasse von zwei nahegelegenen Hotelanlagen mit „beschallt“ wird mit lauter Musik. Ich denke, dass das in der Hochsaison noch extremer sein könnte.

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe
Das Haus liegt du fußläufig zum Meer in einer Ferienhausanlage. Gerade in der Vorsaison ist es schön ruhig und man kann den Gemeinschaftsgarten in vollen Zügen genießen. Unsere Kinder haben es geliebt. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Lovely little apartment about 5 mins walk to village centre
Lovely little apartment, 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom has twin rooms is a bit small but manageable) both had wardrobe and drawer space. Clean and comfortable. Communication with Fausta was excellent and Lorenzo onsite who helped us check in was fantastic with lots of tips of where to go. There were some basics provided, 1 toilet roll, some handsoap and washing up liquid but a small amount. We ere happy to leave any leftover food and basics there for the next person. Gardens are kept immaculate (the seagulls are very noisy!) and it's only a few min walk to a lovely beach. We ate in the local restaurant twice on the beach which was excellent and such a beautiful setting. overall really enjoyed our stay - thank you

The single-storey villa (70sqm), perfectly furnished and equipped, part of a village consisting of terraced buildings, is located directly on the sea without road crossings and is also inserted in a splendid park.
The cottage (for 4-6 people) consists of two bedrooms, a large living room (35sqm) with kitchenette and two sofa beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside a large veranda, with a glimpse of the sea, fully furnished and surrounded by the garden. Inside the village, for guests, there are two tennis courts (for a fee), a small bar restaurant and about 300m. restaurant overlooking Tavolara, a service center for assistance and excursion organizations and private parking.
