Private: swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 500 m, railway station "Partinico" 3 km, sandy beach "Ciammarita" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Castellammare del Golfo 25 km, Monreale 25 km, Parco Archeologico di Segesta 36 km, Palermo 40 km, San vito lo Capo 68 km, Erice 76 km. Hiking paths: Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro 36 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. 3-room house 70 m2. Accomodation is not a house but an outbuilding, a converted barn. Air conditioning fine and TV. Mattress was less. Bank set available. Dogs present for breeding. Often barking in the evening, during the day it is quiet and the pool is really private. No o
