Appartement très bien situé et propre mais très mal isolé, on entend la vie des autres appartements et les draps n’étaient pas très confortable

私達はこのホテルに3泊しました。 客室は清潔で、必要な物が揃っていました。 オーナーはフレンドリーで親切でした。 私達は、ホテル内と客室に不満はありませんでした。 ですが、ホテルが入っているビルと周辺環境が悪かったです。 ビルは幹線道路に近いので、夜中まで自動車の音が聞こえました。 ビル内も安全ではなく、中庭で喧嘩のような大きな音が響きました。 上の階の住人が走り回る音、TVの騒音も聞こえました。 私達は夜中に安心して眠ることができず、ドアや窓の前に家具を置いて、怯えながら、浅い眠りにつきました。

Alisa was Amazing host Soo friendly greeting at door room was clean and tolerant that other’s place do not offer or charge for Beautiful view What ever room But would say the street view over the town and Mountain the best And the room was very quiet A definite go to I will be back to stay longer very nice experience

Elisa was a wonderful host - right from check in to check out, we had an amazing experience. Elisa was very prompt with her responses, the room was clean, 5 min walk from Centrale station and the Square. She gave us great recommendations on the restaurants, places to shop and explore the town in addition to guidance on our trip to Cinque Terra and Pisa.

Perfect spot to stay if commuting by train, clean, spacisou and quiet (no noise from streets, but actually can hear some sound from corridor and upstairs at night time). Host very welcoming and helpful. Accident due to lift doors but host was responsive to first aid care request.

Très bien situé. La gare est à 4 minutes à pied et le port pour les croisières ou le férrie pour les cinq têtes est à 15 minutes à pied. Le stationnement dans les rues est possible, mais il faut un peu de patience. La chambre est spacieuse, literie confortable. Assurez vous de prendre contact avec l’établissent pour planifier votre arrivée, car la réception n’est pas ouverte jusqu’à 21h comme indiqué sur le site d’*******. Je recommande sans réserve.

We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the rail station to take us to Cinque Terre, and it was a great find! Lovely, character filled room, in the middle of fabulous restaurant area in a vibrant community. The best thing about this hotel was Elisa! So helpful, answered every question before we arrived, kept in constant communication, and made us so welcome :)

Super bien accueilli par Elisa, avec d’excellents conseils pour notre visite au 5 terres (indications sur le train, restaurant, parking …). La gard est a 4-5 minute à pied, les restaurants à deux pas de l’hôtel, et un parking avec place gratuite à 5-10mn ! Emplacement idéale. Mais le petit plus à été la gentillesse de Elisa et son accueil. Je recommande fortement cette hôtel.

This place was great. Clean, super convenient to the train station and all restaurants that LaSpezia has to offer. Breakfast in the bar across the street was great. We had candy and wine provided to us. Perfect “home base” for hiking in the Cinque Terre. Our hostess could not have been nicer or more accommodating. If you want a hidden gem in the Cinque Terre without paying an arm and a leg, this is it.
