特克斯及凱科斯海岸俱樂部飯店(The Shore Club Turks & Caicos)

I would not recommend this hotel. Although their website says there are 4 restaurants options it’s absolutely not true. You have two options for lunch and two for dinner but most days one restaurant is shut so for dinner you only have one very expensive restaurant (Sui Ren) which is not worth it. When I brought this up with management they promised to put together a report but I never saw it. Beach is just two feet and very dirty. Long bay is filthy and this hotel is worst hotels on long bay. Servers are rude. We celebrated our anniversary here and my brother in law had a bottle of wine sent to our room. When requested it to opened at Sui Ren they charged $25 for opening it. I refused to pay and had the manager come speak with me. The staff ignored multiple times our request for the free boat ride. When it was time to leave they didn’t even send bell boys to pick the bags. After waiting for 15 mins, we decided to carry our bags ourselves since we were getting late for our flight.

Resort is nice, but property needs some attention for the price. Our bath tub drain didn’t stop water, we had very low water pressure in the evening when most guests were cleaning up for dinner, and my hair dryer blew up. If the water issues are island-specific, I wish the hotel would have warmed us. I also felt like taxi costs to leave the resort were not accurately explained. We didn’t realize prices were per person. When we asked the hotel how much it cost to leave, they said $10-$15. We didn’t know that meant per person, one way. We would have planned our excursions and meals offsite better, had we known. That being said, we had a few great servers, bartenders, cleaning staff, and beach attendants who made our trip really special. The hotel is very pretty, and the beach is beautifully maintained.

Overall it was an amazing stay. My only complaint would be there free breakfast. I would prefer a basic breakfast and having something that appeals to everyone. Would be great if they offered late night run e service. Bottom line, the resort is excellent as well as the staff. I would stay again.

Majority of the staff have attitude very few actually smiled. I think the fixed and automatic tip doesn't give them any motivation.

A wonderful long weekend at a beautiful, luxurious hotel. The Shore Club is right on the beach next to Kite boarding with multiple pools, great restaurants and amazing staff. The hotel is only 5 or 6 years old and it is in immaculate condition, our room was very comfortable and well appointed (it could have used a desk!). The one little blip is their relationship with their sister properties on the island. We got some faulty information and had an embarrassing scene at the Sands hotel. Hint - you can't use their pools or their beach chairs.

Ridiculously Overpriced. Food was mediocre and very unhealthy. Wifi was not working well and lights went out. Only thing good was the water. Staff was unfriendly .

The property was clean. The staff was nice, the beach is nice, I didn’t try any of the restaurants on the property due to mixed reviews, however the breakfast was decent. Reasons why I opted for 4 stars is because I couldn’t give it a 3 1/2 stars. The building our room resided in had a moldy smell, smelling mold on a vacation is a turn off, a restaurant with an ocean view on the property would have been a plus as well. Although everything else went great, my next visit will be a Villa!

Beautiful property. You never need to leave. Amazing food, staff and service! Highly recommend!!

Great Resort. There is no need to ever leave to property. It has the best dining, beach and pools. Transit is in “island time” so expect taxi and shuttle delays if you leave. Otherwise it’s just paradise.
