"A friend of mine suggested this Hotel when I mentioned that I was planning a trip to Ogunquit and I'm so glad I took his advice. The hotel is one of two that are very close to the beach. One is on the beach, the Neptune is next door. To say it's near the beach is an understatement but to be perfectly candid, it is not on the beach. There are Ocean View rooms and Bay View rooms. We opted to stay in a Bay View room with a porch and found it a great place to relax after a day at the beach and watch the sunset across y the river. The room itself was clean, recently updated and comfortable. We found the staff extremly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, its attractions and restaurants. Did I mention value? The Neptune is substantially lower priced than most nearby hotels. I intend to make this a regular destination in the future."

"Perfect place for families and for everybody. We just love it and highly recommended to everyone. Perfect location, friendly and super nice staff, nice pool, amazing bar and food. The apartments are perfect! With all the facilities that you need, super clean, spacious and it just feels like home, very comfortable and kind of “private”. The bar and the pool are the best. Kids can play in the pool while you enjoy a drink in the bar. I love that the pool is open 24/7! So perfect when you want to go for a very early swim or a very late one. It’s so good! WiFi/internet works perfectly fine. Breakfast is “expensive” but worth it!"

"Terrible experience, smelly outside, absolutely no view. I would not recomend to anybody. Picture of a pool is a scam - pool is 2 x 5 m and you cant swim inside. Rooms without windows, must be some old garage . Avoid please!!!"
