Our beach house is located two minutes from the beach on the quieter side of the barrier island. Turtle Spa III has been completed renovated and features 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, with Beautiful Gulf Beach Views and features a brand-new saltwater gunite pool with a waterfall and tanning ledge. Improvements include all new paint inside and out and we have updated all appliances to stainless steel and have installed a Geothermal air conditioner to ensure all your A/C needs are taken care of. Our newest Beach house is located with direct gorgeous views of the Gulf, with a huge deeded county beach access a few feet away. Another bonus of the house is that we have outfitted our garage with a ping pong table and a second refrigerator, and a gas grill. For your enjoyment, the front and back of the house have decks for you to enjoy the beautiful water views. Sunshine Beach House is a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family cottage (sleeps 8) on Pensacola Beach just waiting for your arrival. With only steps from public access to Santa Rosa Sound (on the north side) and a short jaunt to the Gulf of Mexico (on the south side), you have the best of both beaches! The house is cozy (990 square feet) and the kitchen is well stocked. Don't forget the private heated pool (no charge for up to 6 hours of heat per day), regulation size sand volleyball court, and charcoal grill. Beach chairs and towels are provided also. You will love hanging out on the back deck that extends the entire length of the house. We have a super fast Internet connection (1 gigabyte download) and a streaming Roku television in each bedroom and the living room.
