A grand staircase enters a two-story great room overlooking the water. The third-floor master suite with king bed has its own private bath and a terrace with incredible views. The third bedroom with queen bed has its own full bath and private entrance onto the larger terrace. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Each room is beautifully furnished with antiques and fine art. Make sure to look through all the pictures - This is not your typical vanilla rental house. Additional sleeping options can also be provided. The Gourmet kitchen with seating for 12 provides all new stainless-steel appliances, gas stove top, two ovens, microwave, pots & pans, plates & utensils, etc. There is a large heated pool and separate hot tub. From Mahi and Tuna to Sailfish and Grouper, the fishery is plentiful. You can fish, snorkel and dive within minutes of leaving the dock as the marine life and coral reefs are extraordinary. Manatees, snook, tarpon and even dolphins are often seen at the dock. Fishing off the dock is a ton of fun and the kids can catch fish all day long. It is common for guests to report catching tarpon and many other species of fish from the dock.Further, there are many great waterfront restaurants in the immediate area along with creature comforts such as Publix, Walgreens, CVS, banks and gas stations. Additionally, this home is within minutes of several local attractions like the Dolphin Research Center, Aquarium Encounters, Turtle Hospital, Pigeon Key, the Seven Mile Bridge and Curry Hammock State Park.For our adventurers, there are local Snorkel and Sunset cruise charters which take you to amazing nearby coral reefs such as Sombrero Light and Looe Key.
