The unit is non-smoking and elevator accessible. Enjoy all the comforts of home including FREE wireless internet access, central air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and large flat screen televisions (Smart TV in the living room) with cable. This Maui beachfront condo offers spectacular ocean views from the private lanai (balcony) and since it is a penthouse, you can enjoy a peaceful vacation with no sounds from neighbors above! The living room opens to the lanai so you can experience beautiful ocean views throughout the entire living area and kitchen as well. Sit in the living room or on the lanai and watch the outrigger canoes paddling by and Humpbacks breaching during whale season. Kihei is centrally located on Maui, just a 15 minute drive from the airport and 5 minutes from upscale Wailea. The resort is oceanfront and each of the two buildings is just steps from the beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical flowers, palm trees, and even a putting green. There is a large beachfront pool and also a Jacuzzi and sauna that overlook the ocean. We have beach chairs in the condo and there are plenty of lounge chairs are available at the pool and on the beach.
