Our villa is located at Tuscan Ridge, a prestigious, quiet and beautiful community in the heart of Florida. It is just off US Hwy 27 and 3 miles north of I-4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in 20 minutes or play a lot of world-class golf courses, some located just 10 minutes off Tuscan Ridge.You will love the villa’s open plan design with cozy and spacious family and living rooms, both with views of the pool area and direct access to the pool through patio doors. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable sofas. Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have direct access to the private pool and spa. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen opens into the living area with a formal dining room for special occasions, a breakfast nook and a bar. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. All rooms are equipped with flat TVs (ROKU TV). There is a large flat 46" Smart TV in the living room and a 42" TV in the master bedroom. You will enjoy a screened, south facing pool and spa and a large L-shaped lanai with fans, lights and padded pool furniture. The pool is south-facing.
