「2월 13일부터 15일까지, 이틀동안 머물렀습니다. 다양한 뷰를 경험하기 위해 각자 다른 위치의 방들을 예약했고 정원과 바다 뷰가 모두 아름다웠습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절하고 음식도 좋았습니다. 하지만 우리는 15일 새벽에 체크아웃을 해야해서 리셉션에 문의했고, 저녁 시간 동안 데스크에 있던 직원이 매우 실망스러운 태도로 우리를 대했습니다. 비영어권 국가에 사는 우리의 영어 발음을 우스꽝스럽게 따라하며 조롱했습니다. 또 카드 계산기에 마스터 카드 로고가 떠있음에도 마스터 카드로는 결제가 불가능하니 방에 돌아가 다른 카드를 가져오라고 했고, 결제를 시도해보라고 부탁하자 계산이 되는 카드가 맞냐며 비아냥거렸습니다. 당연히도, 카드 단말기에 카드가 인식되어 결제가 완벽하게 되었습니다. 영어가 서툰 고객을 조롱하고 도둑으로 취급하는 것이 이 리조트의 경영 방침인지 나는 몰랐습니다. 알았다면 예약하지 않았겠지만, 그 문제 많은 직원을 제외하면 모든 직원들이 친절했고 시설이 만족스러웠습니다. 조롱을 견디면서까지 올 가치가 있는지는 더 고민해봐야 할 것 같습이다.」

「Tui Blue Bahari is 5*+ There is space, good food, great private beaches, 5 restaurants, friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. There were more sunbeds than guests when we stayed and towels are available poolside. There are bars in the garden, by the beach and at the pool, which are all manned with waiters and bar staff who are happy and efficient. The hotel has security and a private beach and the local tour sellers wait at the beach for you to engage. If you walk straight into the sea from the resort you'll find starfish, urchins and Dory fish. The room door we had wouldn't lock with a firm push and a couple times after the cleaners had been it was unlocked. Overall though 9.5/10 I'd recommend for any special occasion, or for those who want to safari in Tanzania, or swim with dolphins in Mnemba.」

「Our stay at Mora has totally exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very nice and clean, food and drinks were very delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We have spent 4 nights there during our honeymoon and everyone made us feel very special. Would highly recommend it to everyone and would be happy to stay there again」
