Mi estancia en Las Verandas no fue del todo grata. A pesar de tener una reserva pagada en *******, me pidieron tarjeta de crédito y quisieron sacar una fotocopia, lo cual rechacé por seguridad. Esto no debería hacerse. Como miembro VIP de *******, solicité un upgrade (beneficio indicado en la plataforma), pero la recepcionista dijo no saber nada y nunca me dio seguimiento. La habitación se veía limpia, pero el sofá tenía manchas y una quemadura. El servicio de limpieza no lavó una taza usada en la cafetera. En dos ocasiones encontré la puerta trasera de la habitación semiabierta tras haberla cerrado, lo cual generó desconfianza. ******* indica que el desayuno está incluido, pero solo ofrecen agua filtrada o café; cualquier otra bebida se cobra, algo que deberían aclarar. El menú es limitado y en varias ocasiones no contaban con los platillos ofrecidos. La playa del hotel es rocosa, con muchas algas, y poco disfrutable en comparación con otras de la isla. Además, hay muchos mosquitos. Lo positivo: el personal de bar y restaurante fue amable, a diferencia del trato frío en recepción. El lugar está bien mantenido, pero los servicios no están a la altura de lo que anuncian. Le falta mucho para ser un hotel de calidad.

Me encantó la propiedad, las habitaciones, la atención en recepción, las piscinas y el Beach Club son fantásticas, lo único que deben de mejorar en la comida, pedimos cena a la habitación y las papas llevaron crudas y llenas de aceite, las baleadas del desayuno estaban quemadas y la atención de las muchachas que estaban en el restaurante Pérgolas no fue muy buena, pero la atención en el bar La Palapa sí fue excelente. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, aseadas y muy ordenas y tienen todo lo básico. Definitamente si recomiendo el hotel y yo encantada de regresar y mi hijo igual.

un lugar muy hermoso, un paraiso ,solo que recomiendo que mejor renten un carro si van alquilar en esta propiedad, pero es muy excelente , volveria a quedarme en ese mismo lugar , un lugar muy seguro y el personal muy lindos amables y atentos.

To start, I have paid for a partial Oceanview. We did not get this. The staff was not friendly at all, it seemed like they were doing us a favor when we asked for something. The most disappointing part is that there is nothing to do on this beautiful property, the property is beautiful, but it’s extremely boring to stay there. The pools are maintained very well. The property is also kept beautifully like I said. Everything close at 9 PM, we weren’t even able to get a bottle of water after that. They asked us to call from the rooms if we need anything, however, our phone was completely dead. I think this facility could eventually be amazing, however, I would not stay there again. I think the only good thing about this property is that I feel they maintain it. Well, I think the worst part is the customer service. We couldn’t even get any help on any type of excursion, they couldn’t even tell us where beaches were, the only thing they mentioned, was a nearby bar that belonged to another resort

Unfriendly, limited options. Everything closed at 9pm staff not accommodate any request. Half of the facility still not available due to damage units.
