Had a great layover, all fine!
Fresh new building, good location, nice room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast.
And the best gym I ever had in a hotel, it has everything and machines (e-gym) are new. Sauna Pool etc. too.

Pros: brand new building and rooms, just a short walk from the Mother Teresa Cathedral and main promenade, huge well-equipped gym, good breakfast spread, free underground parking. Cons: the blinking lights on the smoke/CO2 alarms kept us awake all night. When we mentioned this at reception the following morning, it was clear other guests had made similar complaints but the reception desk didn’t seem particularly sympathetic to our concern.

Great experience with the hotel and its staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. While the hotel is brand new, there are ongoing construction projects in downtown Prishtina that may affect your stay (particularly the views). Regardless, this is a great hotel and one of the most enjoyable experiences we’ve had at hotels in the area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to extend a big thank you to the hotel staff – especially Lind Kastrapi – for the absolutely outstanding service! I had forgotten my sunglasses in the room after checking out, and he took the time to personally go up, retrieve them, and arrange for them to be sent to me by taxi. That’s truly service beyond expectations. So thoughtful and professional – I’m incredibly grateful! I’ll definitely return and can highly recommend this hotel! warm thanks / Julia & Mark-Anthony

Beautiful brand new hotel. Everything is squeaky clean with the most hospitable staff. The front desk team (Blendona, Jonila and Arberesha) went out of their way to help meet every need. One of the best gyms in town - didn't get a chance to try it, but looking forward on my next visit.

Had a room reserved for after my wedding, but the hotel told me it was subject to availability and never confirmed it. I did not use the room, but was still charged the full amount. When I spoke to hotel staff, they were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly.

Amazing! Very fresh and clean. Good food and location is perfect. Bed is comfy and breakfast very big and a lot of diffrent food. Would love to come back
