The reservation was made online through Hotel Engine the afternoon of our stay. We immediately received 2 confirmations meaning 2 rooms had been booked. We contacted Hotel engine who contacted the hotel immediately. They were assured by staff that they would only have 1 room for us and we would only be charged for 1 room. When we received our credit card statement they had in fact charged for 2 rooms and refused to refund the overcharge. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Total disrespect on the employees end when I called about it, kept talking over me and cutting me off. If there are other options for you in the area, for your sake USE THEM.

Room Great, Bed and Pillows comfy. Some smoke smell only in Bathroom since the rooms are connected by the vents. Breakfast very minimal but coffee was good. Better than expected and inexpensive. Easy Parkin lg

The office smelled of Curry, no breakfast at 7 a.m. in the office, coffee was made but terrible, flies in the coffee pot in my friend's room. Tub would not drain in friend's room, The room was clean for the most part.
