Very clean, spacious and comfortable room enjoyed the breakfast as well. Wonderful service and hospitality from the staff, great first impression. bathroom was cleaned I thank management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service.

After a rocky start and poor room offer, we managed to get settled. We were comfortable enough. Especially as my husband was having minor surgery. However we would advise the owner to be visible on a more regular basis and not leave everything up to staff. Given the upmarket area, the rooms were dated and dark. The bathrooms have no towl rails and are dated. Our mattress had stains on it and should be looked at replacing. Dingroom chairs need to be cleaned and seats need to be reupholstered..some are sunk. Reception chairs were dirty. The staff were friendly and tried their best

I have been staying at Waterkloof periodically (every 21 days) since May 2023. The staff are fantastic and they go above for the guests. They cater to your every need. I feel safe there. A guaranteed lovely stay.

Our third visit over the last three years. Very well situated, beautiful peaceful gardens and potentially good rooms. Sadly the property is deteriorating with seemingly no maintenance; plug sockets loose, black mould in the shower, a very 'tired' look. As with many other reviews no towels in the room! The internet stopped working and they were unable to get it going again. Breakfast starts at 7am, but by then there was no choice left. We will look elsewhere next time.

The place is neat, well located in a quiet neighbourhood. Proximity of Hazelwood Village is a plus as there are many restaurants there. Pool is nice and breakfast is good. I would definitely come back.

We visited Pretoria for religious purposes. Food is good, service was good. Unit nr 3 need attention. We reported it to management. We visit again, price was reasonable. There a swimming pool that is clean.

We visited for overnight stay as a family, 3 adults. We required a 3 sleeper due to a mother who is depend on us. The exact room was allocated. Cosy , comfortable, clean. We had access to a bottomless coffee or tea and received a very nice English breakfast. All staff were helpfull as and when required. We visit again. It is also very central situated for our needs.

All time low for me in terms of accommodation. Incredibly noisy despite a virtually windowless (and very dark) room, torn bedlinen, double bed sagging badly towards the middle; dirty bath, had to ask for bath towels. Pity, it was a good location.

It situated in a gated area, not far from shops. It has car shelters and very secured gates. Beautiful gardens. Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Beautiful wall painting. Fresh breakfast.
