Nice hotel good services good breakfast

The staff is so helpful and welcoming

Staff is very Friendly and do take care to look after the guests, but the Facility needs to improve. the Rooms are clean, but there was no Hot water during our stay (Based on Google reviews from other guests that stayed at the hotel this was an ongoing issue that is yest to be addressed), the Safe in the room did not work (we reported it, but nobody came back with feedback or solution. We had a non-smoking room (Deluxe Suite) but the swimming pool area being a smoking area just outside the room meant that the room smelt like a smoking room anyways.

The photos on the website, on which I based my booking, was NOT the room we were given. When querying with the Hotel we were told that the photos on the site were incorrect. Had they put up the correct photos of the room, I absolutely would not have booked it. Especially not for the price I paid. Disgusted that a Hotel can do this! I king bed was booked as per my booking confirmation. The room had a double bed. The bed has crumbs in it! The shower had no pressure and no hot water. This place is not what it is as per the website! Noise by other guests was very loud as was the noise from the street.

The service from the staff was terrible..had to wait for long to be assisted at the reception in order for us to check in…

I found the surrounding area unsafe, the hotel was very Noisy in the corridors & you could hear from the next door rooms as well. Not a relaxing experience at all.

Bad attitude, bad service, dirty room. overall terrible experience. look after your cusgtomers well please
