On arrival we were told all sorts of stories that didn’t make sense to convince us that we are not allowed to view the room before paying for it. Eventually booked it. Realised after buying food that the place doesn’t have a fridge. Shocker for me as hotels always have bar fridges especially in this hot weather. The whole night the router extender is on which was very straining to our eyes. After battling and trying to cover our faces with pillows, i called receptionist and he told me there is nothing he can do other than informing management in the morning. We had to then start bathing because there was no point tossing and turning. We were only supplied with 1 bathing towel, called receptionist and additional towel was promised but never supplied until we left. Up to now no one called to follow up my concern or show some sort of empathy for the terrible night we had, I guess it’s life as usual right. Oh please clean your windows not an ideal welcome especially in the morning when you have to open the curtains, not pleasant at all.
