A equipa é muito atenciosa, desde a recepção até aos outro postos. Hotel é limpo, tranquilo e tem várias áreas comuns levando a uma experiência única e inigualável tanto em termos de lazer ou mesmo trabalho. O Hotel está localizado num ponto estratégico da cidade, o que faz com que não se precisa andar de carro para ter os serviços básicos.

They do not replenish towels when your request and only did so once a day when they served your room, wife and I had to share a towel the next morning. When we checked in and went to our room and entered the room we found the Housekeeping lady in our room, there was no trolley outside neither was there one inside the room… was a little strange, she also didn’t seem in a hurry to leave the room. She then left only to return a few minutes later with another lady stating that she had left her phone in the room, which home was not found and was not in the room so not certain why 2 of them had to come. Toilet had some toilet paper still in the pan when we got in, so what was the housekeeping lady still doing in the room when we checked in if it appeared as if the toilet hadn’t been cleaned or maybe it was a see by her before we entered and she didn’t flush ??
