Very poor service during my stay. Positives - Room was clean, cleaning staff were helpful, clean towels provided every day. Negatives - Food was terrible and zero service in the restaurant, reception staff unhelpful bordering on rude, furnishings in the room are worn and urgently need upgrading (or just fixing like the curtains hanging off hooks and the loose shower head). Truly terrible.

You get value for your money. Their rooms are always clean, and the staff is super friendly. Their food is the best, do try them. You will not regret anything!

. If you are searching for A beautiful luxurious stay In then look no further than NEW HOTEL. Me and my husband a'd KIDS stayed in this beautiful hotel for two days . And our experience was awesome. So you can also book your rooms today and enjoy their amazing hospitality.

The staff was friendly however one lady wasn't, half lying on the counter. The rooms were clean but I booked for 3 and had 2 towels and 2 cups, it was self catering room, but had no plates, cutlery, glasses, nothing in the room.

Guys, rooms of this hotel are not clean. I felt like i was at the University Resident. Can you kindly change your mats. The smell is not pleasant, rooms smell spices. Your ladies at the reception should treat clients equal and with respect.

The hotel was amazing, reception was welcoming and early check out at 3am was smooth (we had to drive far). Secure parking and lifts was a plus. The rooms had a very luxurious feel to it, massive showers and beds very comfortable. Specially loved the pillow request and personal welcoming on the TV. The downside was the area that was not great and the nearby club kept us awake up until 2am. So little sleep but no fault of the hotel.
