Terrace overlooking the M'diq mountain and wrought iron furniture and zeal for meals. Large pool with 2 pools in the middle of green areas and flowers. Private parking in the basement of the residence. Well located: opposite the Mediterranean Club Cabo Negro, a few minutes walk from the beach and the Royal Golf. Many possible activities: - cultural (guided tours of the medina of Tetouan to do! Tangier, Chefchaouen 50km, M'diq the fishing town and summer residence of the King within 10km. - sports (golf, scuba diving, horse riding, cycling). - and of course, beaches, strolls on the ledge along the beach Cabo to Maril.
